There is no sound insulation in the room. The entrance door let through a lot of noise from outside. The room was located next to a staff room and a laundry with an elevator. Employee conversations and cluttering about was heard in the morning - this left an unpleasant aftertaste.

I got a little confused as to how the air conditioning worked in the bedroom. I didn't realise you had to leave a key inside at all times. And I found the window hard to close in the room which also stopped the air conditioning from working, due to this l had to ask reception for help and for the rest of my stay wasn't able to enjoy the view from my window, as the shutters were closed and I didn't feel comfortable opening my window again after all the trouble I had previously been through/with air conditioning.

Everything the hotel had to offer! On my first night, I used the jacuzzi in the spa and it was such a great temperature and very relaxing after a day travelling. I then booked myself a massage for €60, and it was incredible. I made use of the gym, there was a running machine, and plenty of weights to use. There was also other equipment, but I stuck to these two things. I made sure to book onto a relaxing massage and throughly enjoyed it. And I made use of the jacuzzi in the spa, it was so relaxing and a great temperature after a long day in the heat & sunshine. The food for breakfast was really delicious. Such a big buffet with lots to offer. Lots of fresh fruit, selections of milk which was great. And the coffee was also amazing. I went to the hotel's beach club just outside of the hotel, the sunloungers were so comfortable and clean with a very short distance to the sea. The sea is so beautiful and I had such a great swim there. The service for ordering drinks at the sun loungers was great, and good prices. I felt safe there and comfortable enough to leave my bag whilst going for a swim- i was a solo traveller. The hotel bar was great with tasty cocktails. And the bedrooms were always such a delight to come back to at the end of the day. The room was always so clean, and beautifully made up with air-conditioning. I loved it all, will definitely recommend and will be coming back!

They live their clock and will not bend the rules. They close the breakfast door at 10 and I’ve noticed they don’t replenish after 9.30 so if you get there at 9.50 you get the left overs. Even if you arrive early and room not ready you cannot use the beach. Strange

Ridiculous over priced at around £200 per night.The room was comfortable but very small,probably only suitable for single occupancy. No outside space only opening patio doors with a glass barrier

Perfect location,lovely staff,good facilities comfortable rooms Very close to town centre and a beautiful marina.10 mins from Tivat airport [15 euros in a taxi].Overall a very pleasant stay.Iwould recommend thus hotel especially to those who can afford the rates.

Hard to fault. Would have liked tea making facility in room and fridge stocked with water. Pool would have made our break perfect as it was very hot and I don’t like swimming in the sea.

The location is great. It is the only hotel with a beach access and sun beds in Tivat. The breakfast is decent with many options. The room was a bit small but has everything you need. The hotel is very clean and neat.
