Air conditioning was not the most silent one and there is also quite much noise in Kotor old-town nightlife which also spread to our room.

The staff went out of their way to assist us. Calling transport services and even walking us to the pick up point as we were unsure. I could not speak more highly of them .

What a beautiful room in a small, friendly, family run hotel. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town of Kotor. You are steps away from everything. Yes, it is a little noisy at night from the restaurants downstairs. There was a singer at the restaurant below. We actually really enjoyed listening to him from our room, then closed the windows, put in earplugs and had a great sleep. I had the best sleep for weeks! The family are so friendly and helpful. The host came out to meet us when we arrived at night and we were a bit lost. The room had everything we needed and a great bathroom. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Everything was perfect. Unfortunately no parking in the old town so the local carpark had long queues.

The person checking us in was so delightful, friendly and extremely helpful. A smiling face after a long wait in traffic for parking. She was the best we've probably ever had in terms of instant communication and help. Thank you so much. You made our stay even more wonderful.

Getting in and out of the shower was a bit of a challenge for me, it was quite a big drop between the floor and the shower basin which was unexpected.

Centrally located in the old town of Kotor so very easy to get around. The host was very helpful in directing you to necessary spots like breakfast etc. Breakfast coupons to use at a nearby cafe was a nice idea. I enjoyed my stay there.

The A/C unit was just over the entry bedroom door. As a result, the air did not circulate fully into the room, which made it uncomfortable at times.

Too close to the noisy disco. Noisy till 1am every night.

Loved the price. Was cheap. The host was exceptional. She went above and beyond to help me with my laundry and taxi. Super friendly and helpful.

The towels in the apartment were quite rough and uncomfortable, the water from the shower ran on the floor, and the second bed for the third person was very uncomfortable and mostly meant for a child. I would suggest adding a twin size mattress topper to this bed when you have guests using it. Also, the free breakfast included with the room was at a different property within old town, about a 5 minute walk away, and the food was fair.

The room was beautiful and we loved being right in the heart of the center of old town Kotor with shops and restaurants right below our apartment. We could hear the chatter of the city throughout the day and evening, but was quiet at night. The room was large and the main bed was very comfortable.

There is no lift, and the stairs wee a little steep up to the second floor. Also, there was no plug in the bathroom basin.

Location was perfect. We were in the centre of the old town. Plenty of restaurants amongst the old buildings. 2 minutes walk to the shopping centre and 10 minutes to the beach. We were helped by staff to carry our bags from the car outside the old town gate to the accommodation.

A bit ridiculous breakfast offer with only choice between burnt omelette or fried eggs. Plus 2 cups of hot drink and a glass of cold drink. If you want something extra - pay extra. Breakfast is served in another place, 5 minutes walk away.

Not a very special view from the window, and the second window is better not to open because there is the smell from the restaurant kitchen. No balcony.Not many choices for breakfast, but it was enough for us because there are so many places to eat around. Air condition heating a bit loud.

Central position in the old town renovated stone building no parking on the site but at the nearby parking 5 min away but along the cobblestone streets, we knew that. 2 restaurants right at te exit from the hotel, very close to all the small shops and restaurants. Breakfast (2 hot drinks, 2 juices,one meal) is served at another restaurant on the main square, 5 min walk, but it would be better that its near the hotel.
