Disorganized in the peak of season, parking at the hotel premises works on first come first serve principle and there is no option b, you have to park on other parking lot 10min walking from the hotel, even thought we kindly asked for more convenient solution as we were with the small kid...in the facilities description there is private beach - additional charge category, which is not true and missleading as they send you to the public beach so you have to find somebody there to point you to the sun beds (fees are lower for hotel guest which is the only positive side). No communication whatsoever between the hotel and the personel on the beach, so nonreservations for the hotel guest even though they put it as their facility....We opted for this hotel because of this feature - private beach... Rooms and the furniture are quite out dated, broken shower, on the check in the temperature in the room was around 30° and no sound proofing at all, loud music from street. All in all no value for money...as the hotel is among 3 most expensive in Petrovac.

In both bathrooms it was a smell from the sewers that was very annoying, during the full stay. Also, the room wasn't cleaned during our stay, just the towels were changed daily and the garbage was thrown away

We received an apartment in Palas Lux hotel, next to the beach and also a free parking. Also the pool was available for free and the hotel offered us 2 dinners.

Ridiculous about people going to the pool at 7am to reserve their pool chairs. They keep them all day even when they leave the pool area so no one can get a seat. The beach area you have to pay for, even the one covered by the hotel.

No pool towels were provided which would be expected in a 4* hotel, nor could we hire any, despite other package holidays customers having pool towels. Breakfast was satisfactory.

Despite what I will mention later - our stay was excellent and pleasant, the attitude of the staff members was wonderful - the hotel is very clean, the food at breakfast is excellent, and with a large selection The room is excellent - the view is lovely - and we would love to come back to stay at this hotel again. When we arrived it was 30 degrees, the air conditioner in our room was not able to cool well enough - and the next day we were offered to move to an adjacent building Belonging to the hotel - where the air conditioners were really strong - to our dismay, the glass door in the shower had loose hinges and after we informed reception - they sent technicians and took the whole door to repair

We were upgraded from a regular room to a suite of a room and a living room - and we are very grateful to the hotel manager for that At the reception the representative named Mr. Marco (the lower of the two Marcos He welcomed us and helped us with everything we asked for. The next day, the first day after we encountered a problem with the air conditioning in the room and a break in the shower floor - he offered us to move to an adjacent hotel that belongs to the Palas Hotel, only newer and more luxurious, called Palas Lux, at no extra charge, and as compensation for the grief, they offered us to park our car without the daily payment of 15 euros

Staying in the lux hotel it is almost impossible to sleep with the balcony door or window open due to outside noise, not sure anything can be done about it but it would be nice.

There was no toilet paper when we arrived, they meseed up our cards and give us one card for another room, no soap, they don’t have enough parking space, i was expecting more for the price, you are paying extra for the gym and spa i am a little bit dissapointed for whole experience because of the carelessness of staff.

I had a negative experience at the hotel's parking lot where my car was damaged. When I asked to review the surveillance footage, I was informed that the cameras were not operational. I am disappointed by the lack of responsibility and support from the hotel in addressing this issue.

However, there were elements that fell noticeably short of 5-star expectations. The reception desk staff were a mixed bag—some knew what they were doing, while others appeared confused, particularly when we asked them to book spa treatments for us. We were informed that we needed to book them ourselves, which seems out of place for a hotel of this standard. The spa being in another building was an inconvenience, but what was truly disappointing was the breakfast experience. Not only did we have to trek to a separate 3-star hotel for it, but the quality was anything but 5-star. The food lacked flavor; there were no coffee mugs and no juice. The omelet station was a letdown, serving us what can only be described as a dry, cardboard-like omelet with undercooked mushrooms. In-room amenities were also lacking; we found a kettle and two cups but no teabags or coffee. For a 5-star hotel, this is quite surprising. Lastly, the pool area, which is also located in the 3-star sister hotel, was unimpressive—leaves and trash littered the drains, detracting from what should have been a relaxing experience

When we arrived , the recepsionist informed us that we can use the swimming pool, restorant and etc from the other hotels building which you have to cross a small street. There are 2 different hotels in name of 1 company. This is not explained before. This building is New. I am satisfied Just the different building situation must be informed before.

Rooms are perfect. Location is perfect. So clean. Wonderfull seaview.
