The friendly dog was on a very short chain. Pity to see the lovely creature longing to play but limited to such a small space.

Simple but very clean and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Meals can be prepared, and are served in a beautiful dining room watching the bucolic fields and hills. We stayed three nights, having every day different tasty vegan meals, which are not common to find in Montenegro.

Staff doesn't really speak English so it's difficult to communicate. Diner is a fixed meal with a price of 15 Euro per person, which we only realized once served and billed. There's no TV in the room or AC, only a radiator which takes time to heat the room in cold weather.

Great location, near the black lake and Sedlo Pass (for Bobotov Kuk). The staff was very nice and welcoming! The breakfast and dinner were great! Homemade especially for us according to an agreed hour. Costs 8 Euro per person.

Best place we stayed in Montenegro

This was beyond our expectations. The location, the people, the food, the vibe. We had a great stay, the owners are so nice and welcomming. We still think about the awesome gamenights with her son and his cousin. There is a restaurant which is open all day from breakfust to dinner. Dormitor park is nearby and we did a lot of hiking and in the nearest town there are agencies for outdoor activities. We stayed 4 nights.

We loved this property. Lovely family hosting you, making you feel at home. It was such a nice pit stop to resettle after a big hike. The cottage has everything you need and you can get laundry done there too. Food was delicious from the resto. Lucky the puppy was also a delight to spend time with. We loved this experience, our favourite overnight since being in the Balkans.

We had a wonderful time at Family Farm Jezera. Alexandra and her family were all incredibly kind and welcoming and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The food was amazing, great value and the location perfect - 10 mins from Zabljak in a very peaceful location, with a lovely view of the mountains and only a 5 minute drive from a beautiful warm glacial lake, that we swam in one afternoon. Alexandra's children are lovely and made friends with our own children and they played every night, which was a really special experience. If you want a peaceful, family friendly experience, I would strongly recommend you stay here. We would love to come back!

We loved the location in the countryside just outside Zabljak. Aleksandra, the host, and her family were wonderful and super helpful. We arrived very late and despite putting signs out for us to find our room, someone also stayed up to guide us anyway. Breakfast was simple, tasty, and a fun opportunity to meet the family.

Farm was pretty and family running the place was very friendly. Lunch and dinner were fantastic home-food. These were bit more expensive than cheapest options around, but they include soup and main dish so it was definetly good value for the money. We had a bungalow and it was very cozy.

Small, cozy little hut with fireplace. The family runs a little restaurant where you can have good food. Incredible host. We felt so good at Aleksandra’s place, the nicest, kindest person. Speaks perfect English and her kids are super nice too! Greetings an Uros! :) The walk around the two lakes close to the place was incredible - do it if you are around!

The location in the middle of nowhere is amazing. It's quiet, you can see the stars and it's a good starting point for tours into the mountain area. The area around is also very beautiful and calm. The hosts were amazing and so was the food. They were super friendly, helpful and communication has never been an issue.
