Staff in all the bars were handling ice cubes with their bare hands instead of tongs o spoon. The restaurant's layout is somewhat confusing, and tthere are not labeles for the food.

The hotel garden is beautiful and it is close to the beach and the hotel is super clean, beds are comfy.

The service could be more welcoming. Drinks were placed on the counter without eye contact or a greeting, which felt a bit impersonal. We do understand that providing all-inclusive service all day can be demanding, but even a small gesture of friendliness would make the experience much more pleasant for guests. For vegetarians, the options were quite limited. The main courses did not include choices like grilled cheese or vegetables, so it was often only possible to eat side dishes. In addition, the food was not consistently labeled, which made it difficult to know what each dish contained or whether it included meat. Adding clear tags and a few more vegetarian options would make the dining experience much better.

Great location with a beautiful view. The pool and sauna are nice additions that make the stay relaxing and enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant experience and a good place to unwind.

I still don’t understand why salt and pepper can’t be on each table? I mean it’s not that expensive to buy lol.

I was there 2 years ago, and decided to go again this year. In comparison to the 2023 stay, this year it was better (it was not so overcrowded in the hotel, plates were always available, food was a bit more diverse). The staff was really nice, especially this young man who worked on the parking (unfortunately I didn’t get his name).

What I didn’t liked was the food, lunch and dinner were almost the same, it varied very little. Being with children, the kids came in with wet suits and a staff member looked at them angrily and spoke rudely, telling them to get out.

I would add trash cans in the eating area, and garden. Like this, you need to leave the trash on the table and wait for staff to pick it up, but sometimes it’s better if you can do it yourself. I would recommend cleaning the filter of the AC, specifically room 517. The smell it’s making is sometimes not pleasant. We didn’t have hotel’s parking spot, it was full when we arrived, so we had to park in nearby garage (5 minutes walk, or even less, from hotel)

Review The overall experience was really great. We were really sceptical about the food after reading other reviews, but there is really nothing to complain about…they’re changing menu every day for three days and then repeat…There’s fish,meat,eggs,bacon,desserts…there is even snack time! They’re also making pizza in front of you, as well as crêpes They also have a separate kitchen only for one guy, Moises, who’s cooking starting on lunch until dinner (you can get cevapi, burger, wraps, mexican sandwich there). Really dedicated to his job, outstanding. Bed is comfortable. Every interaction we had with staff was great, nothing to complain about.

The Negatives: Unfortunately, there were several downsides that significantly affected my stay. The hotel seemed overwhelmed with families and very young children—many of whom were constantly running around, screaming, and left unsupervised by their parents. It created a chaotic and often unpleasant atmosphere, especially in the dining areas. The dining experience itself was frustrating. The hotel often ran out of food or had long waits due to overcrowding and limited seating. The food selection was repetitive, with very little variety from day to day. The all-inclusive drinks included unlimited alcohol, but the beer tasted watered down. Parking was also a major issue. The parking setup is poorly organized—cars often get blocked in, making it impossible to leave freely unless you're checking out completely.

The Positives: The staff were a real highlight—especially the foreign workers who were friendly, helpful, and often brought a great sense of humor. The rooms were beautifully designed, very clean, and featured comfortable beds with a touch of luxury. The views from the hotel were stunning, and the overall look of the hotel itself is quite impressive. I also appreciated the proximity to the beaches, which made it easy to enjoy the seaside. When available, the cocktails were great and some of the food was delicious—if you managed to get to it in time.

The hotel had a lot to offer- good pool, steam and sauna rooms, massage ( at a cost). The staff were super friendly. We had some confusion about the currency of the booking which the manager sorted out quickly and even gave us a discount for the inconvenience! Parking was available on site

This hotel exceeded all expectations . truly fantastic in every way. The service was outstanding, and the staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everyone, from the reception team to the waiters, was kind, helpful, and professional. A special mention to the lovely lady from Mexico who made incredible cocktails by the pool bar ,she was absolutely fantastic! The food was plentiful and delicious, the entire environment was spotless, and our room was impeccably clean and comfortable. There’s absolutely no reason not to give this place a full 5 stars. 10/10 ⭐️Highly recommended!

The only downside was the background music playing in the open courtyard by the pool. While the atmosphere is pleasant, after a few days the same repetitive music becomes too much. The biggest issue was that it woke me up every morning, even in our room on the fourth floor.

We stayed at the hotel for a few days — more precisely, we only slept there as we spent our days traveling around the area, even as far as Ulcinj. The hotel met all our expectations. The food for breakfast and dinner was varied and delicious. Our room was spacious and comfortable.

I didn't feel comfortable about the fact that when we went to the restaurant for dinner the waiter insisted for us to have our bracelets on so as to continue with eating. I showed my rom number but it wasn' t enough. In the meantime no bracelets were needed...so we had to pause and go up to reception to clarify. I felt humiliated. It was the waiter's fault
