We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

IrelandOther than that the place will leave you bittersweet, The two girls at the reception are the sweetest (and able to communicate) none of the staff can really communicate, even basic English isn’t available, again you might get over that , but they are very rude , the owners are nosey and keep staring at you whenever you walk in or out of the hotel and especially during breakfast! Omg . We stayed 10 nights and had the exact same breakfast every morning not the worse but the breakfast timings were till 10:30 , incase you went for your breakfast just after 9:00, most of the food would be over and they won’t refill it! Just tell you it’s finished. About the room , their were barely any toiletries we had to buy out own shampoo , soap and toilet paper. Also there is no kettle/ coffee machine in the room as mentioned in the amenities. We asked for an Iron and they said they don’t have it but when I mentioned about it being on booking , they sighed and got one from us from around. One of the mornings we were bringing a banana up from our breakfast and was stopped and shouted at by the owner (in his own language) to not bring it up . When told it’s literally just a fruit , he threw his hands and went off.
Newly renovated property , so seems Clean and is at a great location , close to the beach and little shops.

NetherlandsUnfortunately we expected a lot more for this value. 1. Parking is 20 euro's one day 2. We spend more than 200 euro's for 1 night. And we think we did not get the value for our money 3. Very small bathroom. The shower was less than 1 squre meter. 4. Water from the shower turn very cold and very hot every 10 seconds. We could not get a normal shower. Only cold showers. 5. Toilet was dirty when we arrived. Because there was no cleaner, they postponed the cleaning till next day. Unacceptable because we want to use the toilet directly. So we had to clean it ourselves. 6. Toilet seat was broken. This took 3 days to fix. 7. No curtain in the bathroom window. So we had to hang our own. 8 in my opinion this is more like a good 2 or a regular 3 star hotelroom and not 4 star.
Location was good Hotelroom was spacious (we had a 4 persons room) Restaurant and cafe downstairs A lot of shops, restaurants, cafe's and bakery in the neighbourhood
