Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ArmeniaWeak Wi-Fi, even in the room. The walk to the sea is a bit long.
Welcoming staff. Due to our early flight arrival they kindly accommodated us and checked us in earlier than scheduled. The hotel made a wonderful gift – they allowed us to have dinner at the buffet completely free of charge (even though we had only paid for breakfast). Great water park with large swimming pool. Perfect for a holiday with a child! Excellent private beach. Restaurants both on the hotel grounds and on the beach serve tasty food and prepare it fairly quickly despite the large number of guests.

IsraelLobby is old fashioned - as this is the first impression I’d recommend renovate it. .. also dining room was not as modern. Breakfast was not that good, I’d suggest wider variety of vegetables. dinner was much better.
Great location , 3-4 minutes walking from the beach. Great water park, the kids loved it. Nice renovated rooms which were clean and modern. Hotel gave us free dinners as a gift 🙏 dinner was pretty good with wide variety and tasty. Spa was as nice as well with modern Indoor pool, sauna and hot showers.

DenmarkThe area was not too great. It had a supermarked and some kiosks and a few restaurants and that was it. The Beach area had restaurants though. The hotel is a little outdated and need a make-over.
It had a great variety of water rollercoaster. The rooms were Big. We were lucky to get complementary dinner for free. Buffet for both dinner and breakfast was great! The hotel had its own Beach with free chairs and a playground. A small Carnival for kids closeby

SwedenThe restaurant staff have a weird way of working. When ordering something in the bar, the ladies behind the bar can not take the orders, you have to talk to one of the guys running around to the tables. I guess you should wait on your seat by the pool for one of the waiters to come to you, but sometimes you need to order something straight away and then its hard to get their attention. When you get their attention they are very nice, but sometimes it takes forever to get you drink, for example. Its not just at the hotel, this weird waiter behavior is on every restaurant. Perhaps you should make more noise when you want to order something :) Would have liked the breakfast to close a bit later, perhaps 10:30 instead of 10:00. Taxi to Budva old town is about 15 Euro, but at evening/night it is around 25 euro. very expensive for a 7 minute ride.
Good location near the beach with free sunbeds on the beach. Nice pool area, good for children as well. The breakfast was very nice, a lot to choose from. The staff is friendly, as long as you get their attention. Very clean room and friendly cleaning staff. Very good price for a beer, around 3.5 euro in restaurants, around 2 euro in store. The salami pizza by the pool is a must try. Its very good. Prebook a taxi from the airport to the hotel is recommended. As well as back to the airport. Its around 45 euro.

SerbiaOur room didn’t have a sea view, which we knew when we booked, but if you are taking a room with Mountain View please avoid it because it is so noisy, because of the main road and the system, I suppose for the swimming pool, which create a very uncomfortable sound then you need to close a balcony door. The vegan food is not something that you can find in this hotel, just very heavy food and sweets.
The hotel is located in the nice part of town with good connection with both cities Becici and Budva. Since in Budva is so loud this place is good place to stay.

GermanyDuring breakfast and dinner there was some caos, because the waiters were running around and there are so many guests that are almost shoving one another. On 2 different ocasions the linen at our table had several food stains, which i don‘t think find acceptable for a 4 Star resort.
The spa area, the room and the food that was served were excelent.

Czech RepublicOn the day I checked in, the phone in my room wasn't working, so I asked at the reception to fix it. After 3 nights, that I spent there, the phone was still not fixed. Stuff was in general very nice, but didn't get the feeling it was a pleasure for them to take care of their guests. Most of the workers seemed to be grumpy and almost never smiled at you (in case somebody from the hotel reeds this - if the stuff is not treated well from their employer or they are overworked - please work on changing that!, because it is a shame when in such a wonderful hotel you don't feel welcomed). Another thing, that I found to be weird is that the room didn't have basic cutlery like cups, spoons and a kettle (only 2 glasses were there). There was only a bed sheet to cover yourself at night (never came across with this in hotels, because there is always a standart big duvet/blanket on the bed). A duvet was hidden in the wardrobe and didn't have any cover on it, so I had to ask for it additionally at the reception. There was a little corridor in my room, however, it didn't have any shoe or coat rack or other shelfs/drawers where I could put my bags/hat/sunglasses. Felt like a waste of space, because this space could be used more wisely. The last thing is that the room had this electronic panel, where you could turn on/turn off the air conditioning. There were also buttons, to "turn on" don't disturb mode or request a cleaning (in case you turned these on, they would be shown on a little electronic panel outside of the room). I once turned on don't disturb mode, but the cleaner still came to my room. So are guests not supposed to use this? Does the stuff pay attention to the little electronic panel outside of guests room?
I was really impressed with the interior of the hotel. It had this luxurious, but at the same time modest feeling, which is something I really like. The room was reely nice and stylish, comfortable bed, beautiful bed head and lights - minimalistic but very sleek. Spa & wellness offers you an inside (as well as the outside) pool, different kinds of saunas (finish sauna, infrared sauna, honey sauna (which was unfortunately closed), a relax room with a lounger, which was made from heated stones and was super relaxing, different massages for extra price (varying from 35 to 60 euro) and a gym. The set of toiletries, offered in a room, had a very nice smell, it felt like a quite good cosmetics brand. It didn't dry out my skin as other hotel toiletries usually do:) Another thing, which exceeded my expectation is breakfast. Buffet had such a rich variety of everything you could want to have for breakfast: different variations of eggs (scrambled, boiled, fried, an omelette), huge variety of cheese, meets and ham, sausages, fresh and grilled vegetables, lots of fruit, variety of pastries, little sweet desserts and baked goods and so so so much more! A huge praise for the stuff, who takes care of it!

GermanyThe bathroom door suffered some water damage from the inside and the shower door didn’t close properly. My reservation was a room including a balcony and it smelled like someone or maybe one of the previous guests were smoking in it.
Mediteran Hotel & Resort is an amazing accommodation to stay. If you are a hotel guest, you are granted free access to their great water park which is in behind, between the hotel and the street. Also sun beds an umbrella at the “Azzuro Restaurant and Beach Bar” down on the beach are included and free of additional charge. Gym and Spa also available on additional charge. The room I was assigned was without sea view (-> water park view) and without balcony however, but was absolutely clean and very modern so in the end I was fine with it.

PolandThe rooms could be cleaner at arrival. We had to ask for additional bathroom cleaning as there was some mold under the shower. In the next days it was OK. The AC was a bit noisy in the night, but very effective. The main bar could be open a bit longer. But the most importat thing is the waterpark. Most of the slides should be renewed or closed ASAP. All of us scratched and bruised our back and elbows on a some of them. They are dangerous!!!!! No possibility to pay by contactless card (or card at all) and the swimming pool in the waterpark. Parking was additionally payable ca. 8 EUR/day.
Perfect stay in Budva region. In my opinion Becici is much better than Budva itself. A bit more quiet with less crowd, very good restaurant, cleaner beach, but still a walking distance from the main attractions. The hotel has very good standard as per Balkan POV. Those are not the same 4* as in western Europe, Dubai or even Turkey, but still really good overall. Very good prices in the bars and restaurants. Perfect breakfast with a wide choice of meals. Own beach with amenities for guests. Grocery shops nearby.

UkraineService, it is my pain in Montenegro, even in such hotel service for 3 from 5. Unfortunately, in Montenegro service is "Polako" and this hotel is no exception. Waiters in SPA slowly, you can call him and he talking by phone and no attention to you and after that come in 15-20 minutes. I order a tea and when I finished drink cups was on my table 1-2 hours, no one come to clean it. And it will be another story about tea, it is in tea bags, I wanted true leaves tea, but not this time, they dosen't have this option. But tea is not a big problem, what surprise waited for me after spa. Spa working hours till 9 pm and when I finished I was so hungry and come to check restaurants, one was close, another one only drinks and hotel guy say you can go to Azur, it works till 11pm, I was so happy but when I came and tried order food they say that kitchen dosent work already!! Come on 9pm I can't eat nowhere at this hotel! I can't really understand how it possible, I was so angry and hungry at the same time, I ask lady at reception "so where I can eat", she said "you can get taxi and go to Budva". That's crazy, no one can offer me any option, not delivery, nothing.... I may understand that kitchen there close at 9pm but send me to another city and not offer me any other option, for example some food delivery, or call for me taxi and arrange trip to restaurant (I dont ask them to make payment for taxi, I can..) but it is such service... no option, nothing. Shame... I still can't understand how kitchen in restaurant can be closed at 9pm, but restaurant working till 11pm. Another surprise was waiting for me when I did check out, guy ask me if I took smth from mini bar. I said yes I did, and he asked what you took and how many bottles and start to calculate bottles of soda and ask me to pay. It is strange, I should remember how many drinks I got, I was there with wife, maybe she took smth, I dont know.
Nice hotel, good and clean room. Spa is very good, massage cost each euro cent for it. I enjoyed in spa and pool, pool is deep and big.
