Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was really nice and helpfull! The beaches were close. You can take the car/taksi or have a nice walk to the beaches and Old Town. The pool was clean and nice. Everything was really nice and the rooms were clean every day.

LithuaniaPool is next to main street so it was quite loud, but nothing unmanagable. Also, the rule about bringing outside food to the room - i get the point it's just a bit of shame as some things from food stalls and bakeries had to be enjoyed outside the hotel perimeter.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well attended to, pool was great - no trash, always had provided necessities. Food in the hotel's restaurant was delicious and not too pricey.

AlbaniaThe staff were terrible. They were acting like we got there for free and not a customer. We asked to check out 15 minutes after the official 10:30 time and were said no. Bed was not comfortable, the pillows as well and the room was not very clean as expected. We went for breakfast 9:45. The staff saw us and took everything from counter at 9:55 😂. Very funny btw. They left us without coffee. And when asked for coffee she gave us a look like she was bored. I do not know why this attitude with a customer from booking.com. Like they do not know that we will review after lol

SwedenA lot! The AC was clogged so much that the cold air didnt come through. We took out the filter and it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in years! We put the “do not disturb”sign on the door, and the cleaning staff still came in while we were away! NOT PROFESSIONAL😌 We appreciated the free parking, although you had to leave the keys to a valet who handle the tetris situation in the crowded parking lot. Many things in the room were broken and the maintenance lacking.
It had a nice entrance and a pool.

Czech RepublicOld rooms, old furniture, broken furniture. People smoking in rooms and the elevator. The most horrible breakfast food I ever had. Old stale cereal. Old cheese, vegetables cut the day before so they were wilted and tomatoes slushy. Old tea bags with holes in them. The tea bags were not replenished. Orange juice was the only option but it was just concentrated orange syrup with water. Coffee was really bad. Breakfast is same every day. They only keep the entrance nice and clean together with the pool. The shower was dirty you can see in the pictures. The air conditioner was so loud and old we could not use it. Also, they were using the same towels by the pool for different guests. If the towel was dry after the guest laid on it the staff member just rolled it back up for the next guest to use. So basically we were sharing beach towels. It was so bad that it was kind of funny. Very disappointed, we paid too much for such poor facilities.
Very nice staff, lovely cleaner and receptionists. Nice pool.
