Getting to the beach was tricky because of the super busy main road. Drivers were not too keen to let the pedestrians pass, even though there’s a pedestrian crossing on the road. A traffic light would be great.

Everything was excellent. The hosts were very warm and welcoming. They met us, showed us where to park and took us to our rooms. They recommended local attractions and places to eat well and relax. Just to say smth here, hmm, well, I wish the balcony had more space. Nothing else comes to my mind. We just came back home yesterday, so I am writing this review with fresh memories!

We had a fantastic experience at Skyline Resort - superb weather, close to the sea, clean apartment and very supportive hosts! Let me just outline the main points - 1) location is probably the best in all Budva area. When it comes to the beach - I am so glad we did not stay in Budva, because we went there a couple of times and the beaches are much smaller and more crowded. Here you have the largest beach - plenty of space and quite a few options to choose from. We even walked to the Kamonovo beach (not so far) and spent a day there. This beach is even better - very few people, because it's sort of isolated, and the sand is much better there (it's also with pebble, but a fine one, almost like sand); 2) the apartment was clean and well equipped (big fridge, electric stove, plus a microwave one, washing machine, etc. - with all needed "ingredients", well, accessories). We had some additional requests and they were all expediently settled. Beds were comfy, air conditioning - works well. Free access to the swimming pool which had a fantastic sea view). Our apartment was on the 6th floor or so (depending on where to start the count) and had both sea and mountain view, though I must recon that the balcony was pretty tight (but sufficient for the drier); 3) IDEA supermarket is in a walking distance, so no need for the bus or taxi, the beach is close - just a few minutes walk across the street. Bus station is also close, but we preferred taxis (cudos to the hosts who kindly arranged it) when going to Budva and Kotor, and, of course, to the airport. Kotor is great - old city, everything, and we also went to the cable car (by taxi only) which is near to Kotor and Tivat - and went up to the mountain. The views are incredible (1280 meters high!) and we took the roller coaster as well; 4) last but not least - huge thanks for the hosts (Tanja & Nebojsa, you rock!) for accommodating all our request, and for the various assistance proivided - taxi, maps, etc.

The property had really nice decor, lots of utilities which were really helpful and in great condition, the bathroom was lovely and the washing machine helped for packing light! The Sofa bed was really comfy and large , we were pessimistic at first but it was definitely not an issue , the Balcony and View was lovely and the location was perfect for being between lots of nice beaches

You may expect some construction sites within the area but the same applies to major part of Montenegrin seaside. In order to get to the beach you have to go through wild parking on the other side of main road. Not a big deal though. Check-in process is a bit complicated but it's nothin specific to this apartment but to the country's law regulations. Also, don't expect anything extra from Becici beach as it's not one of the cleanest - at least off season. Obviously, the last two have nothing to do with the apartment itself, which was superb.

First of all, Tanja and Nebojsa are such a wonderful hosts. They were very welcoming, helpful, caring and they always responded quickly. Apartment itself was looking exactly as shown on the photos or even better. It was very clean, spacious and it had all the amentities we could need during our stay. Building is brand new, modern looking, with such a nice view, private parking and fast Internet. In a close vicinity there are many restaurants and few larger shops. Closest beach is within 5 minute walk or even less if you hurry up. It's much quieter than Budva, to which you can easily go on your feet via promenade. We spent some really lovely time there and we would definitely stay in La Barca once again, recommended! :)

Location is great. Only a few minutes away from wonderful Becici Beach. Room was small but sufficient for two adults and 2 children. Very new apartment with new furnitures. Garage in the basemant was very useful if you are going to rent a car. Our room had a great view of beach and Sveti Stefan. Swimming pool was very nice. Nothing was negative. Because the space between the bed and the wall cabinet is too narrow, the closet doors didn't open properly . This interfered and prevented the use of the wall cabinet. We preferred to leave our clothes in the suitcases during our stay in the apartment and not move them to the wall closet.

The location is great, the size of the apartment and its structure is suitable for a vacation for a couple. There is a supermarket with a wide selection of goods a 2-minute drive or a 10-minute walk from the apartment. We enjoyed the option to choose every day, between sitting on the beach 5 minutes walking from the building, or alternatively staying nearby the nice and compact swimming pool that belongs to the building. The bed and mattress are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and we also received private parking as part of the deal. We received a courteous and quick response to all our requests. .
