Nice family, the best view of the sunset in Sveti Stefan, parking place, which is a must in Budva region. We will come back next time.

No washing machine, but you can hand wash, sometimes a bit noisy from other guests. Very small kitchen.

Highly recommend for location and views. Sunsets were amazing from our terrace. Clean and basic, but it had everything you needed. Great value for money. Can visit Budva and Kotor from this place, which has many beaches to choose from. Own bathroom but wasn't connected to room, wasn't an issue. Small communal kitchen to use. Has parking, but arrange with host as limted space. The views topped everything.

Great place, Amazing views over the beach, owners were very helpful and let us leave our bags there and helped us with the busses. 2 minute walk to the beach, market 50m away that had everything you could need.

Trip to the beach,a little steep steps,but takes no more than couple minutes, and streets are very busy (driving experience a bit mental) but all in all fabulous experience!!

Absolutely gorgeous place,a must visit! Budva is about 15 min drive,bar is near too, family holiday absolutely relaxing and you can never have enough of the view .. also a must mention if you go pay visit to restaurant Drago, amazing food and service

Nothing only the the walk up the hill from the beach.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Guest house Ivo Jovanovic. The room is a little small but the terrace makes up for it providing a spectacular view of the island and beaches of Sveti Stephan. The air-conditioning provides comfort during the night and all the other amenities make for a very enjoyable stay. Parking was provided at the property making it very convenient. It is located up the hill from the beach, so be warned, the walk home can be little gruelling, but the views are worth it. Milista was a great host and was very responsive to any communications prior to checking in and with any requests during our stay. There is a small market and several restaurants close to the guest house making it very convenient.

Room is quite small and with only one small cabinet. Terrace is shared with other rooms with very little privacy.

Apartment is close to beaches with view at Sv. Stefan islet. Internet worked well ;)

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, I feel like it should be a standard. Also we had to ask owner for a new toilet paper multiple times during our stay, because there could be only one roll in the bathroom. Lastly, there was no dish soap in the kitchen. :( This are small things but we felt like it isn't that big increase of costs for owner but a big increase of quest's comfort.

Very good localization and spectacular view from balcony. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom wasn't at the same quality level as room (quite old), but it was clean. Nice english speaking hosts, kitchen with many plates, pans, etc.. and private fridge for every room. We got our towels changed during or 5 days stay. Close to bus stop and several beaches.

The room is too tight for a family, and it's kind of to narrow for walking. Also it has only a small wardrobe, so the clothes had to stay in the suitcases. And I also didn't like the fact that the old lady kept asking when are we leaving the apartment cause they have to clean...like she was pushing too hard, and the only thing they had to do is change the towels( they change only the used ones) and to sweep the floor. She was too pushy. The kitchen is too small as well..I didn't like the position of the kitchen, cause it's in front of other people's terrace, but okay, we used it, it was fine in the end..

I liked the view and the closeness of the beach, and shops, also restaurants are a step away.

Unfortunately, there was an insect problem at our accommodation. There were a few cockroaches in the bathroom. I even saw it in our room one evening and had it cleaned right away without my girlfriend seeing it.

The location of the facility was quite good. Also, Sveti Stefan is the best place to stay in Budva.The owners of the place we are staying are incredibly nice people. thank you all so much. they helped us a lot.
