How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Driving distance to anywhere, city centre is 18 min.
Clean, looks new, free charging for electric car, staff are nice. Good place only for sleeping in a fair price.

Property very clean and well equipped. Lots of parking, good location near the airport and close to petrol stations in case you need to fill rental car before returning to the airport. Staff super helpful and took us to the airport ahead of our flight. Great place if you need somewhere for a flight from Podgorica airport!

Everything was perfect. Compliments to all of the hotel team members.
This is the best hotel in Podgorica Airport nearby area. Since I do frequent flights I was a guest in many of them, but this one has everything you need. This is my nineth coming, I think. Like previously, It is allways really a wonderful experience. Everything is created and organized in a very wise, modern, elegant, functional and cozy way. Walls are decorated with modern materials in calming and well balanced manner. Almost all of the wall loooking toward the main boulevard is in glass but there are several curtains which allow guests to accomodate the level of sunshine they would like to let in the room. Bathroom is modern, functional, walkable and calming. Building/rooms are quite far away from boulevard and and there are isolated in the proper manner so there is abosolutly no traffic or other noise coming inside. Location is perfect since airport is on a walking distance. I discovered this accomodation few years ago by pure coincidence. If they preserve this quality of service and prices ratio it will remain my first choice whenever I am residing in Podgorica and Zeta valley. On my advice this hotel has already been visited by some of my company partners, coleagues and friends and I'll keep recommending it.

On my advice this hotel has already been visited by some of my company partners, coleagues and friends and I'll keep recommending it.

The room is in a walking distance from the airport - which is exactly what we needed given our late flight to Podgorica - self check in available. Clean and comfortable room for a very good price. And as a bonus, we also rented a car from them. 11/10!

The facility locates right behind the gas station and it's a bit hard for foreigners to identify the building. The location in the maps gets you to the close vicinity but there should be a visible nameplate of the facility.
We booked this place for easy access to the airport in the morning and indeed it was a minutes drive. Really convenient location. The facility was at utmost condition compared to its pricing.

The service we have got from the staff especially Dragana and the guy that welcomed us at the late night we arrived from the airport at the last moment. Dragana was very nice to us and took us to the airport at the morning after. Hvala!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel is a 15mins walk to Aerodom train station and 25mins walk to the airport. Even though you get free airport transfer.

The hotel staff members are kind and warm and always try to help and all with a smile. The hotel is in a beautiful location facing a magical mountain view and also close to the Airport. The hotel rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean, all the furniture is new and there is even a balcony to sit and look at the view well thanks so much 🙏🤩

You can smell cigarette smoke in the airconditioned hallway outside the rooms despite having a non-smoking sign. Unpleasant for non-smoking guests.
The property is convenient if your coming to or from the Podgorica airport. The room is very comfy and clean. The owner and staff are helpful, even give us a lift to the airport. Got a nice view of the sunset in their terrace as well. Recommended for travellers going to the airport.
