We consider our stay a success! Sandra is a kind and warm person who, despite being busy, always finds time to help 🩷. The property is nice and in a good location – it’s a maximum 10-minute walk to the beach, and there’s a well-stocked shop just across the street. The cleanliness could be a bit better, but overall, I definitely recommend this place.

The price was very convenient and our host was very helpful with extreme cute. Definitely preferred bi place

We couldn’t stay as the host cancelled on us.

The host cancelled the day we were to check in because they didn’t rent for one night. I had booked this place a few weeks in advanced and on the day he asked us to cancel the booking the morning we were to check in. Luckily we found another place.

I will probably be quite critical, as we did not like the owner's reaction when booking the accommodation. And consequently not even housing itself. I booked a room in the morning for around 10:00 a.m., that we will arrive in the early evening around 4-5 p.m. A few minutes after confirming the order at 10:15 I noticed the wrong date, we wanted a day earlier. I immediately tried to cancel the reservation (approx. 10:30), which the tenant did not allow. I understand and respect the conditions of the landlord, where it was also published. However, I think that canceling within 1 hour of booking is acceptable, especially if the accommodation is booked after 4pm. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owner who takes care of the rooms. He was cool. His wife apparently deals with orders through booking. Even the rooms look as if they were taken care of by a man. Not very clean! Dirty drains (shower), pulled out drawer, we found hair and lipstick on the bedclothes, I'd rather keep quiet about the kitchen on the balcony, the balcony window was dirty, we assume from cooking, and the kitchen on the ground floor when entering the house was not the cleanest. We ended up bringing our own sheets for the beds we had in the car. We have two children, 4 and 7 years old. I slept on the extra bed, so much so that the children did not want to return to it. It was stretched in the middle and a big hole was forming. I understand the price/performance ratio, but the cleanliness could be better! We walked the entire coast of low Albania and showered everywhere. Not in this accommodation. Luckily it was 1 night. Disappointing for us.

I have booked studio with seaview and did not get apartment with seaview. Very dissapointing. Also city tax included in price than we have to pay again on bus station.

I enjoyed my stay in this place, I think the owner gave me one of her best rooms: I had incredibly spacious room with sea and Mountain View with pretty big bed. Given that location was a bit further from the beach side - there were much quieter at night and I could sleep. Owner met me in person, made a coffee which was very nice. Her assistant helped me to resolve the issue with very rude taxi driver who changed the rate of the ride after arrival claiming that he thought the address was closer, which wasn’t true as I showed him screenshot with the location. My advice - give a taxi agreed rate with one banknote which doesn’t require change, as you might not get any change from the driver. One note: if you with toddlers or with senior people the location of the place might be not very convenient for you as you have to claim up some distance.

Just maybe cleaning could more thorough in the bathroom (the toilet - but maybe it’s due to local draining system looked dark) and cooking area, I didn’t cook but for those who wants - I guess it will be important. The rest was great
