On a busy road with gate opening directly onto road, easy to forget and step straight out without realising your walking into a road. Couple of near misses but thankfully cars generally going slowly.

Room amazing, very large terrace with thr most amazing view. Room very clean and well equipped. Host friend and helpful. Great location everything close by.

Many stairs to climbe... and u have to be carefull when coming out of the hotel's gate.

We liked everything, the location is perfect with an amazing view of the old town and mountains. The service was great! Super friendly and helpful staff. Super clean, both in common areas and the room, it smells good! Rooms are large, very well equipped and comfortable. It's quiet in a good way. Breakfast was good, simple but you have everything. There is private parking available and the staff guides you.

The matress/bed was bad without doubt. The price was kinda expensive but considering the <kotor prices> was OK (the 10 is lost because of the bed/matress)

Great Lady in the reception, very polite and helpfull. VERY positive thing that there are some car parking places behind the hotel. The approach is little scary but the car is safe there. The location is EXCELLENT just outside the <walls> of the old town of Kotor. Very cosy and big room just under the roof. (i cant say anythng about breakfast because i had to leave very early before the breakfast time)

Excellent location. Lovely room. My only complaint is that on Booking.com it was in the free parking section and actually the parking on site cost an extra €15 so you could in fact add that to the price of the room.

Nothing. Google map stops 2 bldg apart and need to get down to find the building. But the staff came out and showed the way to parking just behind the Hotel

Super location. 2 minutes walk to old town Kotor, Cruise port, beaches, starting point of Kotor Fortress. Mall/Hypermarket just opp. Car Parking provided with a small fee. We had an absolutely wonderful time at the hotel nestled in the beautiful mountains and close to the beach. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well taken care of. The location is simply perfect—peaceful, scenic, and yet in the centre of the town surrounded by its attractions. One of the highlights of our stay was the speedboat cruise, organized through the hotel. It was an unforgettable experience—cruising along the crystal-clear waters, discovering hidden coves, swimming in the Blue Cave, and more others. 💙
