It gets busy during weekends with parking driveway being very narrow it is difficult to park, but made us better drivers.

Great place to relax and enjoy the sea and mountains This hotel is a great choice if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable vacation. It has beautiful views of the sea and mountains, a nice beach with sunbeds, and a very peaceful atmosphere. The owner is super friendly and helpful. You can tell he really cares about the place and wants guests to feel happy and comfortable. The rooms are clean, with fresh white bed sheets and towels. There’s air conditioning in every room, good mattresses, and comfy pillows. The patio and sunbeds are cleaned every day – no dust at all! There’s also an elevator and free parking. Cafes and small shops are just across the street. You can even order food to your room, which is very convenient. The location is great – only 15 km to Bar and about the same to Ulcinj. The beach is rocky, so it’s better for people who can swim well. But it’s also a cool place to explore underwater life if you have a mask. Our 12-year-old loved swimming there! Nothing, all was perfect

The stuff and hotel’s owner were very friendly. The apartment was clean, new and comfortable. The view from the terrace was amazing. Hotel has private descent to the sea, which make it such a calm and relaxing place. There are several public beaches close, too.

The building and restaurant s not finished upstairs but they are slowly working on it.. It did not bother us as we just sat on the balcony and enjoyed the view and calmness.. So it is not really a negative for us. But people should know. Also the property has no drinking water, but I used it for brushing my teeth and did not have a problem. A 1 Liter bottle of mineral water was provided by the host, so that was great.

The apartment was very clean. We loved the view and the quiet location right on the beach. The host was very kind and made sure we had everything.. Private parking in the garage is great but keep in mind the driveway is a bit steep but totally doable if driving with care. There is a little restaurant up the street which was good. It is best to let the hotel know what time you arrive as the reception is not manned at all times. Kenan, the owner was reachable via whatsapp or phone.

The kitchen only provided the bare minimum of utensils to cook. It would have been nice to also have basics like salt, pepper, oil available

The bathroom could've been cleaner (hairs on walls etc), and I think there is a sewage problem? It smelled so bad the 2nd morning...

Lovely place and very boutique and classy. The kitchen is pretty well equipped. I was able to check in very early, which was much appreciated. Host helped me very kindly with questions, etc.

This is a new property and the location is just spectacular - right on the water so great to relax and swim while there. The host is just lovely and so friendly. The facilities are great and you can walk to a convenient store and restaurant and there is parking at the property which is a great bonus

Some drawbacks caused by the fact that some things are still under construction, which, I am sure will be removed in future. No room cleaning during the stay resulted in some troubles with garbage removal, also balconony became dirty from birds dropping.

Wonderful panoramic view, fantastic sounds of sea, and the sea itself is so close that it seems you may jump there right from the balcony. Modern concept of the hotel, friendly staff. Great coffee on reception area!

The hotel is situated in a small settlement right on the shore, offering magnificent views every day. The staff's performance was impeccable; whenever we had any questions, they were always understanding and helpful. For an additional fee, we were offered a daily family breakfast at the rooftop restaurant, and they also asked about our food preferences. If service quality and relaxation are important to you, I can definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel has just finished its pilot season, with plans for even more upgrades in amenities and comfort. Can't wait to see them implemented when I visit next year. Yes, rooftop restaurant and jacuzzi, I'm talking to you.

A lovely family-run boutique hotel right next to the sea. Perfect for a private, restful holiday and waking up to the sound of waves. A tastefully decorated suite with a beautiful view and easy access to the beach. The owners, Kenan and Dalila were extremely hospitable and helpful with recommendations for local sights and eateries.

There was nothing we did not like. The hotel is brand new and not 100% finished yet. Something Kenan did explain to us. Once done I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone

Kenan (the owner) is extremely friendly and very helpful. Also Margarita (sorry if I have this wrong) is also very friendly and one of the nicest people we have encountered on this trip
