Reviews of Guesthouse Obala

Guesthouse Obala is right in front of the sea and it's perfect if you want to spend time on the beach, and have a walk during nighttime as you have plenty of bars and restaurant. It's just 1 minute away from the main road. There's parking available and you have a shared kitchen. The plus was given by the owner who was very kind and available for every request we had! Compliments for the service!

The price of the apartment is very reasonable, especially given its proximity to the city coast. The charismatic host was kind enough to wait an extra hour for us, as we were running late due to poor road conditions on the way. The apartment was great: lots of space, a kitchen and two extra beds, and a nice balcony with a view of the sea. A very good deal!

The double bed could be more comfortable. You can't sleep in the middle because it has two separate mattresses and bed frames. The smell from the bathroom is quite strong, but it's fine if the doors are closed.

Terrible, cannot understand the 8+ rating. Even the view was tainted by the unmaintained and unclean feel of the place

Bathroom is dirty with a broken sink tap and smells. Bed linen is frayed and sheets too small. Everything feels unmaintained, unclean.

I would say having a small shampoo and washing pads for clothes would be nice, but I love it anyway!

Very good location. The car could be parked in front of the house. The room had a garden view, but you could sit outside at the table and have breakfast.

great hosts, they are extremely nice and helpful, the air conditioner works perfectly, a small fridge inside, great view from the balcony, a common area for everyone, including a small kitchen, really close to the beach and bus station

I got a room with a toilet outside, not convenient at all, place is old and requires a big renovation, not the cleanest place ever

The view..as good as the best on the Adriatic! Friendly, helpful host. Beds were ok.

No screens. But amazing, no mosquitos either. Ugly sink area in kitchen looks filthy though it is probably clean. Stove oven knob broken off. One staff member said it is owned by the state so they dont do any improvements.

The view from balcony was amazing and our host was extremely helpful and kind. We would like especially thank him for restaurant recommendation and help with car rental communication. He was always there with advice and suggestion.

I think the apartments could use some refreshment and there could be plates in the kitchen space.

Sea view, balcony; the apartment is comfortable spacious and full of light. Location is close to the sea and main pedestrian street but at the same time secluded and quiet.

apartment could be renovated considering that the furniture, tiles, doors and windows are pretty old. No soap or shampoo were there. Mosquitos nets on doors and windows would be a good addition.
