Room was very nice, modern, airconditioned and large enough with a balcony and amazing breathtaking views of the bay. If you are an early bird you would be enjoying the sounds of the seagulls while sipping coffee and watching the cruise ships entering the bay and quietly sailing towards Kotor. Breakfast had a range of options to choose from and the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The access to the beach was so convenient with a 5 minutes stroll down the steps. All you need for a relaxing holiday break! Sasha was the most helpful host. He waited for us, as we arrived late in the evening, around midnight and helped us. To sum it up - would love to come back to Aria again whenever visiting Herceg Novi.

We had a very warm welcome from the host. Helped us with the luggages and the parking. Breakfast was delicious and had a good choice of food. The apartment was very nice with a stunning view. It is only a 15min walk from Herceg Novi. Would definitely recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at the accommodation in Herceg Novi. The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure everything was perfect during my stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Very nice staff. The room was spacious and clean. Close to amenities, beach and Stari Grad. We got an upgrade and they reserved a parking space for us.

I feel comfortable and at home in this hotel: a welcoming atmosphere, very helpful and friendly staff, amazing breakfast and a spectacular view from our balcony. Sasha gave us a beach umbrella just to make sure we'll have a nice time on the beach, and we've got our room earlier than check-in time - I was truly touched.

Really really friendly staff. They help to park your car, inform you about everything, and the breakfast is pretty decent as well.

A perfect 10 accommodation. Alexander, was the most helpful host I ever came across in my many years travel. He not only helped us with our luggages but also helped us to keep and park our car in a very tight spot. The room is nice with comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. The room also came with a balcony with sea view.

Comfortable, very clean and cozy room. Breakfast is simply magnificent. Convenient location of the hotel and availability of parking. There is a table and chairs on the balcony, where you can enjoy the view of the sea. And, of course, Sasha, an absolutely charming host. Sasha, You are gorgeous, thank You! ;)

It is necessary to correct the location of the hotel on the Booking.com map, it is not correct, but we easily found the place on Google map.

- owner is really making up to it, A great effort to make us feeling home and welcome - one of the best host for sure - breakfast is really good, tasty and fresh - location is perfect too, just down the stairs and you're at beach/promenade

- mattress is a bit worn out as per my taste but I believe it's a matter of depreciation - parking is tricky for bigger cars, but with help of the host all manageable.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – fresh, varied, and a perfect way to start each day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. A special thank you to the owner, Sasha, who was so kind and welcoming – truly making us feel at home. The location is perfect: just a 3–4 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the charming Old Town. It was the ideal balance between peaceful relaxation and easy access to the city’s sights. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding – everything was spotless and well-maintained. We also had a stunning sea view from our room, which made the stay even more memorable. There’s convenient parking available right outside the property, which made everything so easy for us. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place with excellent service and amazing hospitality, this is the place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel – you will leave happy and completely satisfied!
