Room was very nice, modern, airconditioned and large enough with a balcony and amazing breathtaking views of the bay. If you are an early bird you would be enjoying the sounds of the seagulls while sipping coffee and watching the cruise ships entering the bay and quietly sailing towards Kotor. Breakfast had a range of options to choose from and the staff was amazing, friendly and very helpful. The access to the beach was so convenient with a 5 minutes stroll down the steps. All you need for a relaxing holiday break! Sasha was the most helpful host. He waited for us, as we arrived late in the evening, around midnight and helped us. To sum it up - would love to come back to Aria again whenever visiting Herceg Novi.

I feel comfortable and at home in this hotel: a welcoming atmosphere, very helpful and friendly staff, amazing breakfast and a spectacular view from our balcony. Sasha gave us a beach umbrella just to make sure we'll have a nice time on the beach, and we've got our room earlier than check-in time - I was truly touched.

A perfect 10 accommodation. Alexander, was the most helpful host I ever came across in my many years travel. He not only helped us with our luggages but also helped us to keep and park our car in a very tight spot. The room is nice with comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent with good choices. The room also came with a balcony with sea view.

- mattress is a bit worn out as per my taste but I believe it's a matter of depreciation - parking is tricky for bigger cars, but with help of the host all manageable.

I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The breakfast was absolutely delicious – fresh, varied, and a perfect way to start each day. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and had everything we needed. A special thank you to the owner, Sasha, who was so kind and welcoming – truly making us feel at home. The location is perfect: just a 3–4 minute walk to the beach and about 10 minutes to the charming Old Town. It was the ideal balance between peaceful relaxation and easy access to the city’s sights. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding – everything was spotless and well-maintained. We also had a stunning sea view from our room, which made the stay even more memorable. There’s convenient parking available right outside the property, which made everything so easy for us. If you’re looking for a beautiful, relaxing place with excellent service and amazing hospitality, this is the place to stay. A very warm welcome from the owner Sasha. The accommodation was lovely, very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a large variety of options. Good location near to beach front. The hotel does not do dinner but there are places to eat on the promenade walkway. The nearby Perla hotel does a fantastic three course buffet for 20 euros and drinks are very reasonably priced too. Would definitely use the Aria Guesthouse again.

Because it is next to the magistral road, during the night is pretty loud, so we couldn't sleep with open windows. There is an A/C of course, so that is not the problem.

Everything! Property is giving a rustic yet modern vibe. The hotel is built into the rocks, so on one side of the stairs there is an open view of the rocks and nature, and on the other side are the rooms. That is my best impression of the accommodation. In addition, the room is extremely clean, well equipped, the bed is very comfortable. Considering that we were traveling with a five-month-old baby, we were provided with a cot as well as a towel and bathrobe for the baby, which was really nice. Our room faced the sea, so the morning view was wonderful. Breakfast in the restaurant is plentiful and delicious, there is something for everyone, and a high chair is also provided for the baby. The location of the accommodation is excellent, just a few minutes from the beach, and the owners provide a parking space if needed. And finally, the owners of this accommodation are wonderful communicative people, very pleasant and thoughtful. Really wonderful impressions, it's a pity that we only stayed one night.

Everything was great, great experience, like we were visiting our friends. Hosts are so nice, and open, food is domestic and very nice. Host is more than willing to help, advice, and propose how to reach some destinations, what to visit, where to go. So it was great experience!
