Everything was wonderful! The host and staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect — everything is nearby: the sea, shops, cafes, and public transport. The room was clean, cozy, and had a pleasant atmosphere. The only small thing missing was a microwave. But overall, we had a very positive experience. Highly recommended!

Lovely little gem that is a stones throw away from the beach. Right next to a supermarket for essentials and lovely hosts who are happy to help in all areas (including recommendations for places to eat/beaches to visit). Had a lovely stay here and would stay here again if we returned to Petrovac.

Everything was great.

The property is located in just the sweet spot - conveniently close to beach to go to room if needed in a minute, yet just behind the first lines so that the noise from the people in the evening is not noticeable. The owners were quite nice people that were happy to help with any questions and offered very good advice on where to go. It is right on the way between the beach and the cold water faucet that people use to wash away the sand/small rubble from their feet and to recharge themselves by washing their face. Next to this as you exit their private parking you enter the yard of the supermarket Voli that has everything you might need/want to purchase. This made it very convenient to go purchase at any point and avoid crowds. Very nice restaurant is located right between the apartment and the beach, right on the path with friendly staff and great food. All in all anywhere in Petrovac that we wanted to go this was just in the right spot to get to it quickly and easily.

Location is perfect, literally 20 steps to the beach. Facilities are also fine. Its a good value for money, owner of the property contacted us over sms to check if everything is fine, extra cribs were available. Parking is available and secure. I would recommend this place. Petrovac really gained on value over the past few years, it offers many more restaurants, activities for the kids, couples and even a nice walkway to Reževići, over the cliff overlooking the sea in the pinewoods and its very well lit in the evening. Overall, it was an exciting weekend and the sea was clear, like never before.

Perfect location in the city center, very close to the beach. The host was very polite and helped us with everything. We extended our stay until the evening hours with no issue and got help with parking. I will recommend the facility to everyone and the room as excellent for two people.

Shared kitchen can be a pain in the ass.

Perfect location - to the city center you have to go downstairs and 20 metres. To the beach - go 20 metres further. And despite it's closeness to the center, it's still quiet and peaceful. Good contact with host.
