    Very bad experience – never again! I arrived on August 15th and from the first day nobody cleaned my room, nobody even took the trash. I had to go to the reception just to ask for toilet paper, but almost every time nobody was there to help. The breakfast was terrible – they didn’t even have the basic things to eat. The service is extremely unprofessional and very bad. I was forced to use the same towels from the beginning of my stay because nobody ever came to replace them. The sheets on the bed were also never changed. I went to the reception several times, but again, nobody was ever there. This is honestly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Thank God I am leaving soon. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

    The hotel is in a beautiful location, easy to access by road. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is plentiful, they always replenish. The staff is friendly, especially the girl at the reception.

    We liked the layout of the room, the view from the windows, the beds, and the daily cleaning with fresh bed linen and towels.

    The room was not ready for check-in. It felt like the renovation had been hastily finished, even though we had booked a month in advance. There was construction dust on the surfaces, dirty windows, and dust inside the furniture. The promised amenities such as Wi-fi, refrigerator, TV, dining table and chairs, dishes, and soap were missing. We had to deal with these issues on the spot with staff who lacked experience both in organization and communication. The check-in process took 2 hours. The discrepancies were fixed within 2 days, but the Wi-Fi never really worked (barely up to 4 Mbps). It’s a pity that with such potential, the hotel is let down by incompetent management.

    We got room on upper floor with great view, thanks for that! Room was clean and comfortable. Tasty breakfast.

    One of our tooms was not ready upon arrival, could wait a bit, but personal told one time, but in reality needed to wait aprox hour. Problems with parking there - quite hard to find it. One morning started without water, but if it was true, than whole city issue.

    The breakfast was approximately good - it was tasty although it was pretty monotonous. The WIFI was fine. There was parking lot and we were able to park.

    The staff's attitude was really awful. At the very first touch was when we arrived there was no available parking space (although we had made a request and we got a confirmation about the parking) and the answer was "We have a lot of guests today" and I had to insist and only then we received a place to park. It appeared that there was no hot water in the room. And the answer of the girl at the reception was "Open the tap to drain the water". Although there was no logic in that, we followed the instructions and (of course) it did not work. We let them to fix it while we were at the beach and in the evening they had not even check the situation. Again we received the "drain" advice and the lady did not even stand up from her chair. I ask that maybe a change of the room was a decision if the water problem was not resolvable but she did not even answered to me. I was told that there was no hot water in Montenegro which was a total lie - even in this hotel there was hot water. I was even asked if I knew which way was the hot at the tap!!! I needed to request my money back and only then she checked the situation and just then she believed that there was a problem!

    The staff was very friendly and genuinely helpful. The room was clean and consistently well-maintained. The breakfast was hearty and satisfying. My only minor issue was the noise from the street nearby.

    It is clean, to the point where you enter the room and you are hit with the smell of strong chemicals

    There is no parking, there are 4 on street parking spaces in front of the stay. You are not guaranteed to get one. If you are on a motorcycle, even worse, it's not paved. There were no towels in the room, the walls are so thin that you can hear everything through it. Doors are even worse as for some reason they have glass in them, you are blasted with light every time someone walks by.

    I don't think this place should be operating. They don't have shower screens or proper drainage so the water runs out of the bathroom into the room. Expect water everywhere. We didn't have water for hours, they said it's a city issue but it's not. They didn't have a hair dryer, kettle, bar fridge, lamps or any of the normal things you would expect. The tv is not connected to anything so no tv. They claim to have parking however they just have 5 spaces at the front which are full. The workers don't speak the local language so it's hard to communicate. Not sure how they are operating.

    The overall stay was ok. The bathroom needs some work (shower has sink problems) and is smelly, the room is not cleaned while we were there - only the beds are made but the floor is not cleaned
