Probably the best experience of staying in an accommodation. Feel like you are at home. So much soul and emotion in every element of accommodation. Hosts are more than hosts and you simply cannot help but feel welcome. The beach is only 10 meters away. A beautiful experience regardless of whether you come with children, alone or as a couple.

Top location and beautiful, quirky house. 50 steps to the stunning sea. Our host could not do enough to help with organising outings or anything else we needed help with. I would love to come back and spend more time in the country and stay at house Grabic again. Xxx

This is a great place to stay to explore Tivat and the Bay of Kotor. The location is amazing and it is 35 steps to the beach. Aleksandra is friendly and welcoming and will give you all the local tips and hints. If available, book here!

Extremely lovely accommodation, as expected. The shared kitchen is practically new, nicely decorated and more than useful. Special thanks to the incredibly friendly hostess, who gave us a souvenir and a bottle of excellent wine for our wedding anniversary. Definitely a location where I would return also for a longer stay.

Nothing negative to say

The house was fantastic, very quirky, spacious and very welcoming. Alexandra was such a super host. Looked after us, but left us to enjoy her home. She bought us wine and beer. But the icing on the cake was the beautiful clay bowls she made for us. Just such a beautiful place, we will be back.

Probably the best beachfront stay in Tivat, or at least thats how we felt there. Im not talking about luxury here, but about the things that matter. Hosts are laidback and kind, as is the whole vibe of the place, so if youre visiting, please keep it that way! Be respectful and do not disturb the peace of such a lovely spot. A real gem.

The room and other spaces were clean. Room wasn’t too big but enough for us. In the room own bathroom and a small fridge. Communal kitchen well equipped. Owner was super nice, polite and helpful. Location was perfect, close the harbour and across the street from the ocean and closest beaches. We really enjoyed our time here❤️

It is tastefully furnished in a bohemian style, with all the comforts considered. The owners of the business are a very sweet couple, they welcomed us cordially and with a smile. The location is amazing, I think it has the most beautiful beach, in my opinion it is in a decent place, it is quiet and peaceful, so I extended my stay a little more, they were very helpful in this regard, my endless love to them.

Excellent location in September - lovely public beach opposite-2 restaurants v close and a small shop- easy to find free public parking close by as parking place was already taken- good walk along the front to next village and the big marinas. Perfectly located across the road from the beach and there are two very nice and reasonably priced restaurants around the corner. Lovely room - kitchen and lounge area - shared - if you want to use them.

The location is beautiful and our host was very caring and kind. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants, bus stop, free parking and airport. Wish we had a chance to spend more time there. Highly recommended.

Aleksandra was great host, so kind and helpful. Excellent location, across the beach and close to all sites. The house is rustic and beautiful, you can feel the artistic touch. She makes handmade souvenirs for guests and it s so cute. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Great experience, would definitely come back. Close to city center an beach is just across the street. Rome is really nice and clean. Kitchen very good equipped, with coffee which for me means a lot, in case you do not bring coffee with you, you can enjoy early morning coffee in garden without presser.

Lovely character historical home in a central location. You felt like you were in a movie set of years ago (except with air-con !) Host Alexandra was so helpful, kind and friendly. She made us feel like family, gave us some beautiful red wine and hand made gift. Great restaurants nearby Veranda & Big Ben which were well priced with great selection of food and experienced staff. Swimming was close . Small market near too .

Washing machine in out apartment could not work, however in the other bathroom in the hause we could wash our clothes. So the issue was easily resolved.

The hause is so comfortable, cute, perfect for taking rest, preparing food and enjoying in it in pleasant garden in front and behind the hause. Crossing by the street you can reach to clean, small and beautiful beach and 200m from the hause you can find another one larger beach and have a lunch in restaurant Big Ben.
