Everything was great, quiet and cozy place , not super hot as there was no direct sun to my window , few minutes walking for supermarket and beach. Hosts very attentive and friendly, always were making sure we have everything we need . Breakfast was good . Thank you for ordering us good taxi to airport. There was a bad smell in the evenings, something like a canalisation, not comfortable to sit on your terras. Probably the owner has no influence on this issue. Pilot of airco’s not working and water cooker was damaged. The bathrooms in the older rooms need urgently some update. And no regular coffee at breakfast, that was really a pity.

First night it was too hot to sleep even with a/c but next day we asked for a fan and it helped a lot for the rest of the stay. For beakfast you need to ask for coffee which is not the most convenient. Dirty toilet brush. There was also small ants in the shower but they didnt move anywhere else so it was ok. In the evening there is some bad smell outside but its because of the area around. Nothing ruined our vacation - just some notes for improvement :)

Great location, calm area, privat parking, spacious loft and very friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast simple but for us it was tasty and enough to start the day, different desserts was nice to try and it was made by owners wife which was appreciated.

Nice and clean apartments with everything you need and fast internet connection. Perfect location, near groceries stores, bakeries and restaurants, just a few minutes walking from the promenade and the nearest beach. Beautiful terrace and private parking on-site. The hosts are very pleasant and always helpful. Good value for money. Highly recommended!

The room is clean, the hosts are very pleasant and nice. You have everyhing you need in appartment. It's very near the beach, about 7 min walking. Sea and the beach was very clean also.They have they're own parking lot.

Very polite personnel, which was ready to fulfill any our desire. We needed to get a registration as tourists and despite some formal problems, manager of the hotel was glad to help to us travelling several times to the tourist office. Great location, I really enjoyed it much more than staying in Budva itself. Extremely clean water and quite small number of people, comparing to Budva beaches.

I like location, it was very clean and hosts are very kind and helpfull. Beach is very close by foot. I would recommend everyone to enjoy vacation on the seaside in this apartmants.

Room condition is not on required level. Toilet’s sewage leaked which bring horrible smell , shower pot damaged and sewage is not going down well During 5 days our stay there isn’t not cleaning

It would be a good idea to keep basic staples like tea bags, coffee, sugar in the kitchenette. Also, the pots and pans that were kept for the induction cooking heater didn’t work. The clothes line in the balcony was old . Good idea to have some fruit in the breakfast

It’s a small property, no doubt, yet it’s got a nice cozy vibe to it . The staff , Sophia and Vuk, the owner are helpful. It is very near to the becici beach ! The water heater was not working in the room, yet it got fixed in no time. The breakfast spread is nice and simple.

We staid in the apartment on the ground floor. Overall was nice but, from the pictures, it looked a lot bigger. The rooms were nice and big enough, but the common space it was actually just a small lobby with a small table. For 4 adults and 1 child it was quite crowded. We also had a small issue with some insects in the bathroom. Also, in the back there was a canal that smelled bad sometimes.

The rooms and the host were really nice. Breakfast also very good. It was quite close to the beach, and we were impressed by it, clean and with sand, much nicer than in Budva.

Towels are only changed upon request, and there's no regular housekeeping. Breakfast is mediocre.

It's a 10-minute walk to Bečići Beach. There is private parking available. Nearby, there’s a very convenient and affordable store, and a couple of cafes. You can do laundry.
