The place is very modern and clean and has a fully equipped kitchen. The room is very spacious and quiet. Breakfast in the morning was exceptionally plentiful, varried, and tasty. The staff were friendly and helpful too

The full-size fridge in the kitchen/lounge area was open for guests to store personal food items, which was quite sufficient. But maybe a small fridge in the room (which had enough space) could be useful.

Location was outstanding! A very short walk to Old Kotor. Exceptionally clean and tidy room and bathroom. The prettiest of balconies with a beautiful view of Kotor citadel. You wake up with the smell of freshly baked goodies from the "pekara" right across the street. Adjacent parking (although 15EUR/day) is a godsend convenience especially in such a location.

The room was a little dark and didn't have the best view but it was mainly a place to sleep for us. Other than that can't fault it.

Loved the location and the air con was great in the room. Nice to have some kitchen facilities both in the room and downstairs. Staff was extremely helpful and let us check in really early.

The only negative was that there was water from a pipe that spilled just in front of our room door regularly. Which our host did warn us about and apologised for the situation, maybe a rubber mat would help reduce the slipping risk. I believe our room was the only one that had this issue.

Very central location, with easy access to the old city (less than 5 minutes walk). Secure paid parking spot right next to the hotel. I really felt like the hire car was nice and safe.

The room we choose was not spacious, would always recommend to take the bigger room. Bed was not my kind of bed bit to Hard etc. Be aware the road to and from kotor is very very busy during the peak season, so there can be a lot of traffic if you would like to visit other places!

Location is perfect just outside the crowded center of kotor (which is a beautiful city!) bathroom is brand new. Staff members very helpful and friendly! Breakfast was fine nothing special bet enough and everything was freshly prepared.

The bathroom had a smell, the room was in the groundfloor with the entrance directly on a narrow passage so the view is on a pile of wood and a wall. A coffee machine at breakfast would be fine.

The location was perfect, very close to the entrance to the old town. The room was nice and had everything you need. we had a parking next to the house but they charged extra fee for it. The host was very friendly. Breakfast was fine, but a coffee machine instead of just instant cofee would be perfect. It is perfect for a one night stay.

It’s conveniently located near the bus terminal where buses to Berat leave from. Nice and clean, two air cons which are necessary in Tirana and great hospitality.

Everything was wonderful, the room was a delight, breakfast was a buffet and delicious and there was a terrace/balcony to sit out in the breakfast room. Free tea available. Staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend this accomodation! Matija, our host was beyond nice and helpful. There was a small renovation going on while we stayed there, but even the guys who worked there were super nice and very thoughtful of our comfort. 😊 Great location, just 2 minutes walk away from the old town, and 4 minutes walk from the "start of the Kotor ladder". You can find shops, restaurants, anything you need near the accomodation. The beach and bus stops are also very close by. The room is big, with a small but nice bathroom. The beds are very comfy, had great sleeps! The shared kitchen is well equipped and the view from the shared balcony is truly breathtaking, with the mountains right in front of you. Breakfast is included in the price, and it was enough to get the day started.

The rooms don't have their own water heater, fridge etc., but these can be used in the shared kitchen. Some rooms have their bathroom outside the room, giving it more of a "hostel" vibe than the room design and price are tailored to.

The location of the apartment is just outside of the city walls, so you are close to the center without being in the crowds. Our room had it's own balcony, and they provide (paid) parking, which is convenient given the crowded parking spaces in the city. Rooms are newly renovated but simple, especially the bathrooms are very clean and modern. Great for a 1/2 night stay.

Our only complaint was that the bathroom in our room was very small but we made it work and the room overall was perfect for what we needed!

Very comfortable stay! The breakfast is delicious and we were obsessed with the croissant/rolls that are made fresh every morning! So good. Our hosts were very kind and easy to get a hold of if we had a question etc. Walking distance from Old Town and the beach.
