Me and my family had a great time at the Elite hotel. I could finally relax and rest from a hard year of work. While we were there, I was swimming in the clean Adriatic Sea and resting on the beach territory of the hotel. We had lunch and dinner at the hotel's restaurant. I can really recommend their fresh sea fish on the grill! Once again big thank you to the chef George. There are also seats on the terrace, so we could dine and watch at the sea. Therefore I think that the hotel is located in a perfect place. It has its own beach territory and it's a lot more quiet than beaches located nearby. Yet, you can go there if you like. There is a supermarket and beach accessories store in 10 min walk. It's very convenient that you can swim, dry and go in the room to rest in a matter of minutes. Our room had all that we needed – air-condition, mini-fridge, microwave, shower, internet and a tv. The hosts and staff made us feel welcome and like at home, they were very kind and friendly. We want to thank them once again and hope to see them in the future.

A wonderful place for a quiet holiday (everything stated corresponds to reality). The hotel is located on the 1st coastline. All rooms have a view of the SEA! Equipped comfortable sunbathing area on the shore. The homely atmosphere (this hotel is a family business) was created by Milena and Svetislav, Milos is always in touch, and the food in the restaurant is very tasty, according to an exquisite menu, for which special thanks to George. I recommend!

The parking spots were a bit narrow.

Since we were upgraded the comments relate to the apartments and not the double rooms. The apartment was very quite large with all required a facilities. The view of the balcony (of all rooms) was of the sea and part of the touristic promenade which could be reached by foot in a few minutes. There were multiple bars and restaurants. The nearest major store however was up the hill, near the main road. Since the hotel was situated at the end of the touristic area, it was rather quiet. By foot it was also possible to reach another part/beach of the city around the cliff, which by the way makes for great photos. While there was no beach directly nearby, the hotel offered sunbeds on its property right at the cliffs. (Where theoretically you could get in via a ladder to swim as well.)

There are small stuff that needs updating but then again when you get out on the terrace that view makes you forget smell imperfections.

Great location. The sea view from the room is fantastic. Slept to the sound of the waves. Delicious breakfasts. You can have a delicious lunch and dinner in the restaurant. Very friendly hosts. A place where you want to return. It is a 10-minute leisurely walk to the store.

Now some things that needs to be fixed/updated. Bathrooms - warm water is almost nonexistent. You should consider yourself lucky if you’ll get some warm shower. Other than that - bathrooms needs a good cleaning, and I mean really good cleaning. Air conditioning - needs solid maintenance and cleaning. Food - breakfasts are very basic and monotonous. No fruits or vegetables, terrible coffee (the one that is “added” to the breakfast). And we have some issues about the quality of the a’la carte dishes. But this might be individual opinion.

The location and the view. Outstanding, you can jump to the sea straight from the balcony. And considering Dobra Voda as a really loud and crowded town, the location at the end of it - perfect. But even more important than the view are the people running this property. Super friendly, very helpful, warm. We were delighted by their attitude. So, here definitely 10 out of 10.

The bathrooms need to refurbished as they are still like old times style.

The location was just perfect, just by the sea and what was important there was some shade to hide by the sun. There was also a restaurant with good food. The room had a balcony which was really nice at evenings. Bed in the room was new and very comfortable.The owners are very helpfull and nice people.

the location of the hotel was nice and quiet, our cook made very delicious meals. Prices were reasonable. Our cook's mom was also very sweet, she helped when I was sick:) my russian mama :)

The bathrooms and towels are small a bit but we knew it from the comments, it was not a surprise. There were a lot of mosquitos in the room in the night, we fought with them because we don't like to use the airconditioner during the night. Screens on the windows would be a cheap and useful solution.

The location is great. You don't need to go to the beach, you can go / jump into the sea almost from the terrace. The view from the room is fascinating. The hosts are very kind and helpful, they rearranged also the hall so that we can see the F1 racing at the weekend on the TV. :) But they help solve every kind of problems. The breakfast is very good, the beds are big and comfortable. Thanks for everything!

Hotel excepts cash only. It is ok, but it would be nice to know ahead. This maybe issue with the booking.com advertisement - we could not see this requirement when booked the place.

Views!!!! Very nice swimming experience in private swimming area, and there are a lot of small non-crowded beaches in short walking distance. Nice size rooms, great buffet breakfast.

The pictures of the accommodation may be several years old, they are totally outdated, they do not reflect reality. You expect a nice little hotel on the edge of a small town, but the area is completely built up, crowded, and almost impossible to get around by car. There is not as much parking as there are rooms. The rooms are small, the bathroom is even smaller. It looks clean, but everything is sticky, the bed linen and mini towels smell strange. The host speaks minimal English, if there is a problem, he either doesn't understand or doesn't care. We lasted a few days, then we fled Montenegro.

Remote batteries Room is tired - very dated and not to modern standards - needs re tiling Both doors in apartment 5 in and out won’t open easily Bed linen not ironed- makes you feel like it’s reused Bath towel was smaller than a standard hand towel!
