Well, Wi-Fi did not work properly half of our stay (we needed to work), shower door Broken, shower drain did not work much. We asked reception explicitely three times for an invoice for our company, did not arrive Till Now.

Good location of the hotel, all you might need is around (shops, restaurants, bars, beach), very good breakfast, AC working well. Staff friendly, speaking good English.

The hairdryer was broken. Usually nobody wasn't at the reception but we could call to them and they help us.

We liked the most location and view. We saw from balcony sea. There was very clam and very clean in the hotel. We had transfer from airport to hotel and from hotel to airport and that was very convinent for us.

Bad internet, didn’t work at all, I also had a problem with my SIM card, the girl from the morning shift was rude when I asked for help, she didn’t even try to help, she didn’t even think to advise contacting a phone store or at least pretended that she was trying to help . I also heard the staff discussing me when I came for breakfast, thinking that I didn’t understand what they were talking about. This hotel is not worth the money at all

Property is 10 minutes walk from hotels beach which is absolutely beautiful. The location of hotel is very nice as in the night it’s quite quiet and relaxing after a long day on a beach. The breakfast was included in our stay and it was a perfect way to start our day off. My husband and I would definitely recommend staying in Dolce Vita!

We did not get the appartment we paid for (in advance), but two separate rooms. It was simply used by another guest. (it was changed in the 2nd day) Kitchens in the appartments are not equipped (none of them - told by the manager during arguing), there are no dishes and no microwave to make or warm up food. The stove is just decoration. Card keys of the rooms are not working properly, sometimes does not open doors, one of them was not workign at all. We had to argue an hour to get replace. There were no air conditioner in of the bedrooms. Well, you can see the sea, over a half-built building through the reinforcement bars. Wifi was not working in the appartment at all (not even see the network, only in the corridor)

Staff was very kind, although could not help to solve the problems. Beach is pretty close, 10 minutes walk. Has its own beach, with sunbeds (10 EUR/pcs/day), or free sandy area.

The details on the website were misleading. Implied there was a pool and that the hotel was near the beach. It is only the beach bar on the beach, which is. 5 min plus walk. The Roman blind, bedside lamp and handle on the shower door were broken. I asked for the first two to be fixed but this was not done. I was challenged twice when using the beach beds by a member of staff who did not believe I wax staying at the hotel, this was very upsetting.

Breakfast was ok. Good selection.

hotel stay was on but we had an issue regarding city tax payment. we had stayed in property for 7 days, we had paid 72 EUR for the city tourism tax to hotel , which they are required to pay in behalf of us to municipality. Apparently they have just paid for two people for the people whose name used for booking the rooms and not the all people provided the passport copy while check in. because they have not paid the tax properly for all people, now we are facing fine from government 200 EUR for each people (7 people). We have requested proof of payment to municipality in behalf of all visitors and hotel just ignored and they did not provided. Basically we have been charged and cheated by property, I don't suggest any visitors to use this hotel because of possible fine..

Sobite se golemi i odlicno odrzuvani. Sekoja soba ima svoj balkon, terasa. Sekoj den se menjavaat peskiri i se cistat sobite od strana na personalot. Odlicna ponuda za dorucek. Gostite na Hotelot imaat popust za koristenje na lezalki i cador na ovaa plaza. Plazata e perfektno cista i se odrzuva sekoj den. Personalot e mnogi ljubezen i ke bi vi pomogne za sekoje vase baranje vi e na uzluga. Topla preporaka za ovoj Hotel. Budva is a beautiful city. The old city is beautiful, authentic and original architecture. offers beautiful beaches. Authentic food Casino and interesting shopping in the old city. We stayed at a small excellent hotel called DOLCE VITA with extremely kind staff. A delicious and varied breakfast, also rich in sweets. Internet available. Room cleaning on time. .There is a solution to the parking problem, although it was crowded and small All staff members are courteous and welcoming We received help and assistance with any problem we had. For example, the manager approved We have an advance check in earlier than usual. as well as an extension to the check-out time. The hotel is near the beach and adventure sports, close to restaurants, a bakery and a large supermarket. At a walking distance of about 5 minutes from the hotel is Beit Chaved. As for the distance from the casino. and beautiful beaches.
