Location was perfect. So many restaurants and bars all around. Aircon in both bedrooms was brilliant. Very clean and modern accommodation. Easy contactless check-in and check-out process. Despite all the bars and restaurants, no noise could be heard in the apartment at all. Host was very amenable.

No parking - but that’s not the fault of the host or property. Cars cannot enter Kotor Old Town.

The apartment looked better than advertised on the photos, I want to thank Drazen who was a big help, and accomodating on our last day since we needed more time to check out. Great place, ideally situated !

Everything was absolutely amazing

Very clean, everything we needed and easy check-in. It is located in a very attractive building and being in the Old Town is right in the heart of the cafes / bars etc so great for exploring and eating out.

Comfortable beds, perfect location, friendly host

Right in the middle of Old Town, very close to everything and the apartment was fabulously decorated. Very cleas place. We really enjoyed our stay. Also our host was very friendly and helped us organize a boat tour as well.

The Wi-Fi not having a password is a big mistake, everyone around the building using it, people sit on entrance stairs at night and use it so it was very very slow.

Location was perfect! So close to everything on Kotor Old Town. Apartment was clean. Air con was good.

Property is amazing and the host is also super helpful. Yes there’s a bar outside which on the weekend was playing music until around 00:30 but neither of my kids or wife said this was a problem. Parking can be tricky and IMO it’s best to just wait in line for the car park near the property which is 20 euros a day. The compromise of parking and music is well worth it to stay in this great location with a property finished to a high standard.

Parking is tricky and you’ll have to carry your cases through the cobbles, maybe 200 meters but well worth it if you’re able.

Great location, clear instructions and good contact from host. He left us a bottle of water and apple juice that was very much appreciated after our long journey.

There was nothing not to like other than some loud music from the bar below , we only stayed for 1 night

Great apartment in Kotor old town. Close to everything. Comfortable beds, great air conditioning. Host booked us on trips, boat trip is worth doing.

Some noise from the bar. Not many windows (it's in the attic) Shower left a lot of water on.the floor.

Location is amazing and the appartment is fitted out really well. Host is very friendly and easy to deal with

The location of the place was very central, the decoration was magnificent, it was really clean, Dražen helped us with everything, we were extremely pleased. Highly recommended

There is a loud music playing until 1 a.m. right below the apartment, which might be a problem if you plan on going to bed early.

The noise from the local disco was awful. So loud I could hear every word even with ear plugs in. It woke me up at midnight and was still going at 1am. That was the only negative as the standard, cleanliness, facilities and location were all excellent as was the host.

Location is great and the room was nice

As far as the apartment itself, amenities, location etc. everything was perfect. 100% clean, a sanitary ribbon thing on the toilet and even some complimentary water in the minibar. As far as the owner, Žabran, is concerned that is another story entirely. We arrived 1 minute too early, A woman ( whom I believed to be his employee) told us "the room is ready - please go in" . We had barely left our bags in the entrance of the room when Žabran came in shouting , admonishing us for entering the room without his permission. Incredibly rude fellow! I tried to explain but he continued shouting. It took a while to make him calm down. After that he continues with a perfect explanation of the apartment ,light switches, boiler , tourist info etc. I think I know what's going on here : Sabran is obsessed with his own version of quality control and his own rules. If you break ANY of his rules or waste his time you are going to hear from him. Žabran - I know you mean well and you wish to take care of your. business properly. As a fellow business owner I understand. I do in fact commend you for your attention to detail,and your desire for everything to be perfect is admirable. But you cannot shout at your customers like this. How you treat your customers is also highly important. This is my takeaway from my 10 minute interaction with him.

Perfect location for exploring Kotor and being able to pop back to the apartment as a base . Apartment was well cared for and AC effective for the size of the apartment. The Apple juice & water on arrival was a welcome bonus & the host very helpful, with good English.

It was close to the outdoor stage that had live music for one of the three nights that we were there until after midnight that made it difficult to sleep.

Location is superb, appartment is clean, the kettle and the air condition

WiFi was a slow or unavailable the last day and half (might be from provider) and was hoping to have one more blanket for the kings bed
