They say that reception is open 24/7. But we arrived earlier than expected, at 5 am. There was nobody until 8 am, the doors were open and anyone could enter, without any security.

Cleanliness was good. All amenities were present.

The room is not so comfortable. I have a feeling that I was in old era. Bed is hard.

Located in good place. It is around 10-15 min to shops, cafe and restaurant. It is 15 -20 min to the beach. Google said 10 but I cannot find it.. Good personal and normal swimming pool.

I didn't like that there was no option of getting a second key-card: the air conditioner works only when the key-card is in the place - so if you leave the room in the morning and come in the evening, you will have to bear the heat of the room for some time until air conditioner does its job.

I liked the room facilities. Everything felt so fresh. The location is also decent: it was close to the main bus station as well as the street with restaurants. The hotel personnel was quite friendly.

A bit of a clean up of the plants and garden would have made the balcony much nicer to use.

The fridge was not working while we were there, it's not an issue as we stayed one night only, but worth checking if further maintenance is needed!

The hotel is very well upkept. Located within walking distance from the Budva bus station as well as the strands. Check-in was a breeze, absolute hospitable service. Plus point: The room is equipped with an AC and every room has their own little balcony. The bathroom is spacious and has all amenities.

I think the pictures of the roof terrace are a bit exaggerated. The pool is very small and more like a plunge pool. All other facilities on the terrace were closed when we stayed. The showers weren’t great with quite poor water pressure and most weren’t that warm.

Great location which had a number of nice cafes nearby and only 10-15 mins from the beach. Really good value for money, and comfortable rooms.

The room curtains were insuficient, letting the light from the sun enter the room, resulting in walking up early due to that. The hot water from the wc weren’t very hot, but of course that a matter of personal taste. It wasn’t a queen size bed, but rather 2 single bed joined together.

Location was good, around a 20 min walk to old town, and it has restaurants nearby. The room and the facilities were very clean, with lots of amenities (the coffee, tea, and the wc kits were a plus). Also, the staff were polite.

2 one-person beds were sticked together instead of 1 king bed. It wasn’t comfortable to lay and sleep due to intersection of two single beds.

Wasn’t communicated to us that the pool would not be available until we arrived to check in which was the main reason we chose this hotel. The air con in one of ours rooms didn’t work. I also had to pay using cash as my debit card wasn’t accepted on arrival which was slightly inconvenient, however the man on reception was EXTREMELY helpful with this and also apologised numerous times for this.

Location was a very short walk to the beach and was close to a medium sized supermarket which was useful. Rooms were nice enough and perfect for what we needed them for. View from the top floor terrace is stunning!

We had a lot of problems in our room, the AC was broken (it only turns off if you unplug it, and the remote control was completely broken). The toilet paper holder was also broken and the bed was making a noise.

Firstly I want to say that the size of the hotel is very good, the staff is great, the room was clear and large, the pool is tiny, but enough for such amount of people. Breakfasts are also great and tasty.
