Mirko and his mom were very helpful especially due to my delays getting into Kotor. They are the most generous people I have met in a while. The room is super comfortable and the location is spot on.

We had the best time as welcome guests in this lovely property. We only stayed two nights but we felt right at home. The hosts were so kind and made us feel like we were part of their family. The location is awesome, right in the middle of the old town and you can walk everywhere in minutes. If we returned to Kotor we would stay here again.

Staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent. Host made me discount. But there’s a cute little dog. Maybe someone don’t like and house is dark, lighting is poor.

Very friendly host, comfy room/bed and very clean, good (shared) bathroom, perfect location and a good nights sleep. This guest hose was a real gem and hosted by a beautiful family, would happily stay again and recommend anyone who wants a comfy stay in Kotor.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming and everything went really smoothly. The location is absolutely perfect and the room was clean and comfortable with ac. Thank you for letting me stay at your place, I'll definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Kotor!

Amazing location. Our host and his mom were also wonderful -they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. She made us tea and gave us homemade cake!

It was really dirty. There were big chunks of hair and white flakey stuff on the ground at the edges of the bunk bed, where I was going to put my foot until I saw it. I thought the ad was misleading - it wasn't clear to me that we were rented a big shared space between another suite + the host + his mom.

The host was very kind and stayed up waiting for my very late (01:30 in the morning) arrival due to my bus being 3h delayed! Nice accommodation very centrally located.

The host was super nice. The location was outstanding.

It’s just a room in somebody’s house. Although super nice, they do smoke in the house although i could not smell it in the room. The TV box had to be replaced, one of the TV remotes didn’t work. The ceiling fan remote didn’t work. There was a musky, moldy smell to the room so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with mold allergies. It’s advertised as quiet but there is a restaurant just outside that plays music until about 10 and then you can hear the bass from from a bar in the distance until 1:00 am. Lastly, in my opinion, for what you get, the price is really too high. I stayed in 3 different Booking.com locations in Kotor and for a similar price, much better accommodations are available…but this place will do in a pinch.

Very friendly host

The best things about this booking are its location and the hosts' hospitality. The apartement was very clean and super well located. We even had the chance to try homemade palačinke. I highly recommend.

Lovely place, really close from everything, and really nice owner. They are very friendly, cheerful and even offered us food, which was delicious. Thank you very much for all!
