Property doesnt offer a coffee maker or at least a water kettle which is standard in most hotels. Being a hotel, property doesn’t have phone in the room to call reception (standard for hotels). Didnt have bottled water as well (at least one bottle upon check-in).

The rooms did not have any balconies or a terrace, which would have been nice as we always had wet towels and swimming suits to dry after going to the beach.

The rooms were newly renovated and super clean. The staff was very welcoming and always ready to help and support with whatever question or request we had.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they helped us book buses and taxis and recommended us nice local restaurants. The breakfast was really good and the products were fresh. The hotel was really modern from the inside, the room was spacious and clean and a good location next to a lot of beautiful beaches and restaurants.

The location was great, a supermarket downstairs as well as a bar that made the best coffee I've had in Montenegro. The room was modern and clran, staff was really friendly and the beach area and boardwalk were nearby.

We consider the location as convenient. There is a large IDEA supermarket at the first floor. Hotel is easy to find - by the main road near the circus which leads to other parts of Montenegro. It offers free open space parking for guests. The host is very helpful- allowed us to check in an hour earlier. The room is good size not small , very clean with good hot water supply. Sound insulation from the main road is good. About 300m away is a small pebble public beach . The water is clear and beach is safe to enter better than most beaches in Perast. You have several restaurants in that area. There is a 24hr petrol station across the hotel - very convenient to top up the tank before returning the rental car at Dubrovnik airport which is about 30km away. We were fortunate. It took us about 45 mins that day to clear both border check points to reach the airport. The old town is only a few minutes drive away.

Unfortunately there is no breakfast facility with this hotel. However there are many options that are within walking distance to have breakfast.

When I arrived my room was not ready. The staff were kind enough to upgrade my room due to the wait. The staff were incredibly helpful with recommending places to go, where to eat and also with booking taxis for me. I felt comfortable and if I get the chance to go back to Montenegro, I know where I will be staying.

One of the best rooms that we have visited. Great space! A lot of room to move. The vibe of the room is very modern and the cleaning is incredible. The beds are super comfortable and great king size for the! View also very nice. Neven from the staff very friendly.

Very very noisy , could not sleep properly due to noises coming both from inside and outside of the building, the worst was coming from the ceeling, like boiler noise turning off/on repeatedly 24/7 ( no, it is not AC or minibar, I turned them off, this noise was coming from the inside of the ceeling ). Usualy I can sleep with TV on, so I am sure this is not problem in me. Noise isolation is very poor with windows closed, hotel is located on the main road, isolation should be much better. Duvee was placed on the bed without duvee cover, just one bed sheet placed below duvee, never seen that practice. I was disgusted to cover myself with duvee touching my skin,( it had even some small signs of wear ) . I would be disgusted even if it would be brand new, duvee should have cover. I moved it away and covered myself only with one tiny bed sheet. I worked and stayed in many 4* and 5* hotels, never seen that. Make up room - thrown garbage and towel change - bed not even touched ?? You can shower very shortly with hot water. Didn't like the bed, little bit too hard for me, but this is subjective opinion. I also don't like when king size bed is made out of two single beds and you can feel the gap between them. It was a small gap,but you can feel it.
