WOW! Casa Vita Nova and Perast are incredibly special places to have been able to stay. The apartment, house, gardens, and pool are absolutely stunning and we could have stayed forever! We absolutely loved it. We stayed in the penthouse which was spacious and luxurious and had the most wonderful views down either side of Kotor Bay. We just loved everything about our stay here. It was so beautiful. Even though the apartments were all full it was very quiet. There was plenty of time when we had the pool all to ourselves and likewise for other guests. Ana is the loveliest host and was incredibly helpful. Thank you for the most wonderful stay. I would highly recommend Casa Vita Nova.

This is not about the property but the area. There are alot of steps in most of the old towns as the location is mountainous. This was absolutely ok for us but i would imagine some people would struggle.

A perfect place to stay in Perast. Great pool with views over the Bay. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds. Good sized rooms. Lovely terrace in the evening. Staff were vey helpful. Its a small town so close to restaurants. Me and my family had an amazing time at this property.

Beautiful property, very quiet location with a beautiful pool, in Perast (the best place in Montenegro in our experience). The rooms (we stayed in two as we extended our stay, we were that impressed) are modern but with character features and immaculately clean. Stunning views over Kotor bay. Incredible value for money. There is a small charge for parking which is well worth it as parking by Perast is otherwise problematic. We will definitely be back. Anna & Richard

It wasn’t a personal problem - but just to flag that you need to walk up/down a good number of steep steps to access the property. If you don’t have mobility problems and have light baggage, it’s fine.

The hosts were great - generally friendly and also for helping arrange me a taxi to the airport (and when there were hiccups - not their fault - they went above and beyond to solve it). The room was big and comfortable. The pool was great.

Up MANY stairs from the road and 15 min walk from bus stop. However this was in the listing and I knew about it, just something to be aware of!

Beautiful view out the window out of the mountains. Also lovely pool deck area. Had everything I needed - including some kitchen basics (olive oil, salt, etc.), towels, and extra blankets. It was a large spacious room with good shelves too to store luggage contents.

Very comfortable apartment. Beautiful garden full of flowers with a lovely view and shared pool. The addition of paid for parking was a real bonus in Perast. The apartment was decorated in a modern fresh style.

Beautiful apartment building with a pool and fantastic views over the bay. Apartment had everything we needed for our stay, modern facilities and quiet air con which was essential for the time of year. Perast and its restaurants and shops are within a few mins walk. There are a number of steps down to the town and also more further up to the car park, so be aware if you have large suitcases to carry.

Not meant to be a critcism just development as would return in a heartbeat. Based on the kitchen utensils and lack of sizeable bin etc the room is not suitable to cook in. There are however great restaurants nearby

The path from parking is not very welcoming (quite narrow, through construction sites, even saw snake dissapearing in front of us). Fridge was quite loud at night. We felt a bit unsecure as there was no possibilty to lock the door from the inside. The pool furniture is in bad shape (some broken, some occupied by ants). Room felt a bit wet. Relatively expensive

We had the top floor. Lots of space and everything in great condition. It is halfway uo the hillside..and then up the stairs to the top of the building. The view from the property and pool terrace is fantastic. Sadly from the top floor room only the low bedroom window makes the most of it. So one of us could sit on the windowsill and make the most of it. If you want to maximise the view from the ROOM one of the lower ones is probably better. But as i said, the pool terrace is wonderful.
