There is a nightclub close by that plays loud music that you can hear from the room but once we slept 🛌 it the sound didn’t bother us.

Breakfast was awesome, the spa is beautiful, the roof top bar n heated pool loved i. Walking distance to the beach and restaurant. The staff 🙏🏽😊loved each and everyone of them, they were all willing to help and very friendly

No complaints whatsoever

In the words of my 6 year old - best hotel ever! Although the photos looked lovely, the experience was even better. The staff were some of the kindest I have ever encountered and extremely friendly. The room was lovely and spacious, with a pretty nice view. The breakfast fresh and varied - and would also recommend the hotel restaurant (and its aquarium - a major draw for the children). The kids play area and the pool were also very nice.

Located above the main road, so it can be a bit noisy. Some facilities are a bit outdated, but overall we really enjoyed our stay.

Exceptionally attentive staff, excellent breakfast, and the hotel restaurant (for dinner) is also great. Plenty of facilities, highly recommended for children.

We loved everything.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel, just a short walk from the beach. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. When we arrived, although the rooms were not yet ready, they immediately arranged one suite for us in the morning, and later provided the second room, which was also upgraded to a suite. The rooms were spacious, very clean and comfortable, with thoughtful details such as a coffee machine, bottled water, bathrobes, slippers, and more. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, and breakfast was delicious. Service was truly outstanding — the staff even helped by sending me a dress I had forgotten at the hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a small boutique hotel with amazing service!

The kids club does not offer activities for the kids, there is only supervisor that do not interact with the kids at all.

The staff with helpful, the room was clean and recleaned perfectly every day, the pool is small but great, great breakfast and great restaurant for the rest of the meals inside the hotel. The hotel is just near a supermarket which is great

The promenade into Budva has a lot of potential but feels neglected. With more care and investment, Budva could be a very attractive place. Unfortunately, Montenegro overall was disappointing – with overpriced restaurants and beaches, loud music everywhere, chaotic traffic, and too much litter. Still, the hotel was a highlight and made the trip worthwhile.

The Imperial Hotel Budva is a very good choice if you’re visiting Budva. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really makes it special is the staff – incredibly friendly, kind, and always helpful. You can feel that these are genuinely warm people who try to make a difference, and in this hotel, the staff truly stands out. Thank you! We recommend booking with breakfast only, as dinner was sometimes confusing and not on the same level.

Honestly, everything was great. If I am nitpicking, then I'd say coffee at breakfast wasn't the best (sort of a vending coffee machine), but considering how great everything else is, it's super minor and unimportant.

Everything was great! The room was big, comfortable and looked nicer than in photos. The hotel itself is relatively new and very clean. Breakfast is huge, with lots of different options. The staff is very welcoming and friendly, and ready to help with any questions. There's a spa facility, and a lovely indoor swimmimg pool with a pretty open terrace. The hotel is located around 25-30 min walk from the old town, but it's a nice walk along the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars. There's a busy road right next to the hotel, but they do have excellent soundproofing - we didn't have a single issue with noise. The beach is around 3-5 minutes walk, and the towels, sun lounges and umbrella are included in the price of the room. I would also recommend the restaurant at the hotel - the quality of the dishes is great, and the service impeccable.

I didn’t like the uncontrollable air conditioning system in the room – it was quite cold, so we had to keep the balcony door open, but then the noise from the street came into the room.

I liked that the hotel was not far from the beach, yet far enough from the noise and crowds of the city center. It was easy to reach, and I especially enjoyed the swimming pool on the fifth floor with a great view of the city

It would be good if we could access Netflix or another such movie streaming app in our room. Unfortunately we weren't even able to log into our own Netflix / Disney+ / Amazon Prime accounts.

Great vacation! As a nice surprise we got a room upgrade, thank you very much, you made our vacation even more special! the view from the terrace was of the sea and the old town was not far away. You can borrow sauna towels from the reception to go to the beach. Free parking is a bonus, everything: grocery stores, beach, old town is within walking distance. As a bonus, there is an indoor rooftop pool and sauna, which you can use for free. Very friendly service, my family and I were VERY satisfied with the vacation! Good breacfast ;)

Everything was amazing really. The staff was very kind and ready to help, the details that make the difference were great. The young guy from the restaurant was really great and he recomand us what to visit and to try, he told us about the food like a chef. The breakfast was WOW, i never saw anywhere the attention to details and the great taste of the food ( local homemade jam and other delicious dishes). I have travelled in so many places but this was the best and i mean you can not find these conditions and profesionalism not even in Paris or other countries around the world

The staff were absolutely brilliant!!! Very friendly and helpful. They upgraded our room and left us a complementary bottle of wine for our anniversary. The hotel is very clean. The pool is open most hours of the day so very convenient. There was an excellent play area open till 10 pm which our toddler really enjoyed. Would definitely go back.
