The noise from the fridge or aircon kicking in at 5am but that is the only issue for us

The option of having breakfast at the accommodation would be great (but we knew in the advance that they don't offer it). Also having some plates and cutlery in the room would be good.

The location of the accommodation is great, the view from the balcony is amazing - perfect for enjoying throughout the day (especially in the early morning). We had a suite that was quite spacious, well equipped (ironing set e.g.) and with enough room for clothes, luggage and so on. Beach is very close, there are both private and public options. Within the Boka bay residence there is quite a large balcony with sunbeds and parasols that can be used quite conveniently, the beach is just twice downstairs. There are multiple restaurants along the Pet Danica walkway in both directions towards Škver and towards Meljine. The host was very friendly and helpful, ready to answer all the questions that can arise. They clean the room every day with an exchange of towels. They also arranged a paid transport from Dubrovnik airport to the accommodation. There are supermarkets within 10 minutes of walk. Minibar is also quite well equipped.

We had a lovely patio which felt very private only steps away from the promenade which made for a nice balance of a relaxing space with quick access to the beach. There is a nice shared patio as well. The room was clean and very comfortable. The host, Zoran, was exceptional. He went out of his way to make our visit wonderful!

Well received by the host Zoran. The appartments are modern, clean and well located just above the coastal promenade with beaches and restaurants, about 1.3 km walking distance to the lovely Herceg Novi old town. The entire area is difficult to park your car, so Zoran provides you with a good solution to park on a secured lot a few hundred meters away at a few extra euros a day. He showed always available to shuttle us up and down when requested, free of charge.

The staff, led by the phenomenal Zoran, is there for everything you need—and more. Cleanliness and organization are at the highest level. A very pleasant accommodation with a beautiful exit to the promenade and the beach.

We loved everything!

The property is in the perfect location - walkable to so much of Herceg Novi, right on the beach, and near so many nice beaches, there’s so much to do around it, and it’s easy to go places by boat. The property is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The host Zoran is so kind! He always answered any of our questions, is so friendly, and made the stay special. I highly recommend!

Fantastic location, right on the beach, 10 minute walk to old town, with the sea view, restaurants right next to it , really hard to pick better place. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and we found all we needed. The host Zoran was absolutely amazing, very helpful, helped us with all our requests. The included parking was very helpful and great to have. Absolutely coming back when visiting Herceg Novi and recommending to others

A bit far from the city center and the bus station, not much of an issue but plan your hours to avoid to walk anywhere in heat.

We’ve had our own lounges and umbrella on the ground level and needed to just cross the walk path to get to the see, no need to look for a spot on the beach. Very quiet place.

The view from the apartman is amazing, restaurant distance from the apartment is so close, mini bar, shower, cleanliness of the whole apartment. The host, Zoran, is very friendly and helpful. Overall, it's just an amazing experience. I can't wait to come back again! 👌👌👌💫💫💫💫

The location is perfect, situated right on the promenade in a quieter, more relaxing part of town. The sea views from the room are absolutely stunning. Zoran is incredibly friendly and always goes out of his way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
