Excellent location within 10-minute drive from Kotor. The villa is located just in front of the sea with beautiful view from each of four (4) apartments offered for rent. We stayed in one of 2 apartments located on level 2 and had a luxury of having a balcony equipped with chaise lounges, table, chairs and umbrella. The accommodation was of sufficient size for 3-4 people with all required appliances available. Straight access to sea. Thanks to the owners for their hospitality and sharing a beautiful piece of Montenegro with us. Would like to come back and recommend for staying!

The best location convenient to either Perast or Kotor. You have a little private beach to yourself. Best view.

A quiet and peaceful place to rest with the sounds and the nice smells of the sea. We enjoyed the beautiful landscape of mountains, rivers and the sea as well as the long day and starry nights. Gastronomic taste are overjoyed. The host is helpful and warmly professional, the accommodation is clean and with all the necessary details. In the place itself, there are shops for basic everyday needs, a few minutes' walk away. We enjoyed mountain walks along goat tracks, then long recreational swimming along the entire length of the place, as well as paddle boarding, which is made perfect by the calm sea. We are coming in season again this summer for a longer stay because the private property by the sea promise that peace and privacy are guaranteed even in season.

Nothing. The only thing to mention: If you are elderly, the ladder to the top floor could be a challenge.

The apartment is directly at the beach, with views overlooking the sea. Beautiful. The apartment is well equipped, clean, spacious and has air conditioning. There are several restaurants near by (walking distance). The bus stop to Kotor is around the corner (if you don’t come by car). The owners are very nice and super helpful. They even grilled our fish on their barbecue. We can highly recommend this property.

Great location. Only 1 minute from the sea. Beautiful location and private area on the beach. Very friendly apartment owners. There are several restaurants and oyster farms nearby. Comfortable terrace overlooking the sea. Recommended.

The view from apartment was amazing! Very friendly host, who gave us a lot of recommendations and was ready to help with any question. The apartments is good equipped, it even have a dishwasher. The beach is a minute away and you always have your own sun lounges. Highly recommended! :)

Excellent accommodation, cleanliness is at a high level. The best thing is that I could smell the sea while sleeping with the windows open. A positive impression is that it is possible to get out of bed quickly to the beach, because it takes 30 seconds to get to the beach. The panoramic view of the sea from the bedroom, dining room and living room is something I have not had the opportunity to see anywhere else. Opening my eyes in the morning and seeing the sea is something I will remember for the rest of my life. The hosts are friendly and communication was easy. I will definitely come again, all recommendations!
