Really not a lot: - little privacy from balcony to balcony - we didn't really have an ocean view from the balcony and it's not clear when one is booking if you have a view or not (not so important cause you have the view from the pool) - only few sunbeds with ocean view

Just the location is a bit off. Its up on the hill, host was excellent and helped me to drive my manual car uphill in the parking.

Everything was perfect ! The hosts are amazing people who are always ready to help and reply very quickly. The apartments are so clean. Towels are changed regularly. We also loved the location. It’s close to everywhere - supermarkets, beach, and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool and spending time on the territory of the Apartments Bazar. We will definitely come back again.

Great family owned hotel. Small fixes to be made and they fixed it straight away. They helped us with everything, very friendly. Clean rooms, nice pool and view. Located on a very steep hill, so if you got small kids, you might need to drive (1 min) down to the beach. We will for sure return.

The only downside is that the hotel is located quite high up on a hill. While the beach is not far, getting there and back requires a bit of a climb. Also, we noticed some ants in the room — probably not uncommon for this kind of area, but still worth mentioning. Overall, it’s a lovely and charming place to stay, and we really enjoyed our time there.

The hotel is in a perfect location and the building itself is absolutely beautiful, recently renovated and very well maintained. The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were extremely polite and welcoming, which made the atmosphere even more pleasant. A truly charming and enjoyable place to stay!

These are just little and subjective things, do not takes anything of the apartment, because it was very good anyways. The neighbor's terrace was close, there were lot's off apartments, and the seaside was not the prittiest.

The room was perfect, very nice design, had everything we needed, a small kitchen, bathroom in the apartment, wifi, nice little terrace, nice view, cozy room.

Last part of the route was not easy because Google Maps are outdated and have no information about some local roads. But a) luckily the host provided detailed instructions of how to get to the place from the main road and b) I used maps(dot)me so had no problems with navigation.

Location is fantastic and view from the balcony is picturesque. It is easy to get to Velika Plaza both by car and on foot, as well as to other seaside locations. Almost no other guests at the end of September - best time for vacation in Montenegro! Swimming pool was clean, apartments were nice and tidy. We were allowed for late checkout so extra hours at the empty beach is something we did not want to miss

I though that pool will be larger, but was ok. Stove was small but we went to restaurant. Apartment was really high placed and every time we went somewhere by the car I wondered if we will come back. No low cars, only little higher ones.

Location was good, great view, nice terrace, bathroom OK, close to beach, restaurants, shops. Map how to reach place was great, because google shows it wrongly. Staff was friendly and helpful. Garden was calm and peaceful, sunbeds available.

Everything: extremely nice and helpful hosts, the apartment was spacious, nicely decorated and stunning views over the bay from the balcony. The swimming pool and sorrounding area is very nice. Within walking distance to restaurants/bars. Please follow the instructions from the host to locate the hotel, Google maps is not accurate.

In the kitchen there could be some more tools, equipment, glasses, but it was OK. The communication with some of the stuff was a little difficult but it was OK. It was a little difficult to find the place and the roads are raising and narrow crazyto the mountain.

The ambient of the appartment I loved. It is unique, organique, spacy. We loved the pool and the bar next to it. The bar is not expensive. Capuccino for 1.50 Euros was my favorite. There was a lovely kitten. My children and I loved it and she loved us too. We plaied a lot with her, we also brought her to the appartment for some time and she looked for our company after a while. Towels and bedsheets are replaced every second day. This is premium service, but I think it is more than needed.

Nothing - it was like a 5 star hotel

The apartment was excellent - so clean and well looked after. There were lots of little areas to sit outside - with very well cared for gardens and fab pool. Inside was immaculate - had everything and the views were stunning - we sat looking at the sea, river and mountains. The family owning the business were welcoming and great hosts.

The villa is located at a very quiet area on the hill. Room is very clean, two parking places at front and back of the villa. The staff is very nice that greeted us at midnight for checkin. We came as family and the apartment just got every basic things we needed. Location is close to Ulcinj town center and the beach. We had a lovely time here, recommended!!

Loved the apartment, pool, and complex . Everything was very clean and hosts friendly. Beach about 10 mins walk and perfect for families with sand and shallow water. Few local restaurants 5mins walk.

Everythig was great, the owner was great,we arrive very late,but he waited for us and give us the key. The place was very nice, the view is divine, rooms very clean, every 2 days they change our towels, and clean the apartment. If you want to have a beautiful vacantion take this place, makes all the money.

There were quite a few closets for clothes and shoes. We could hardly open the tap in the bathroom. The pool looked bigger than in actually, but it was good and not too crowded in general. The apartments can be reached quite narrow and steep street.

The view was wonderfull, the staff was kind and helpfull. Most of them speak english. The apartment was comfortable and quite tidy. The apartment was good equipped. The garden and the plants were beautiful. The pool was clear and pleasent temperature.

Tricky to find car park initially.

Ulcinj by itself is terrible place for vacation. We were very very disapointent. Trashs all around the city, lot off beggars. Shop Voli is highy expensive....defenetly not recommended.

The appartmant is located on the top of the hill and it has a great view. A little bit windy thats why you can sleep without airconditioning. Close to the beach and small market and a few restaurants. Cheap restaurants.
