A bit simple and old, but good value for money.

We arranged an apartment at the last minute and were able to check in straight away and also park our car.

Some amenities were not working, there was no tea/coffee in the room like the booking said. The hairdryer worked, we reported as soon as we arrived and reminded them 3 times, they still did not replace/fix the hairdryer the entire time we were there.

Our recent stay at Mediterranean Guest House Balkan in Budva left us with a mixed but overall satisfactory impression. The aging furnishings might not have provided the utmost comfort, but the cleanliness contributed positively to our experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our essentials were met during our stay. In conclusion, Mediterranean Guest House Balkan in Budva is a reasonable option for those prioritizing location and parking for a short-term visit. While the dated furniture may impact comfort, the cleanliness and practicality make it a suitable choice for a brief stay.

Wifi didn't work in the room, neither did the TV. Bathroom is very small and has minor defects. Accommodation is not worth the money or 4 stars, it should have 2 staras.

It was very basic and for nearly the same money you can get a much cozier place to stay. My boyfriend thinks the breakfast was good and I agree but it could be more complete with fruits, cereals/oatmeal, juice and stuff. The room was obviously quite old and so was all of its furniture. The vibe was somehow a bit old too, then. But the location kind of made up for it. So if you're looking for a basic place and nothing too fancy this place will do for sure :)

I would first recommend you to ask for pictures of the room before you book, because I booked a room with a double bed but we got a room with separate beds, I had to prove myself to get the kind of room I booked, the bed was not comfortable, and there was someone else's in the toilet hair barrette and forgotten hair shampoo.

WiFi didn’t work in the room. I asked someone and he said it was a problem on my phone, which is a lie. It also didn’t work on other devices. The walk to the old town takes around 20 minutes, but you follow along the coastline and the restaurants area, so very pleasant.

Great value and great staff too, very friendly and helpful. They also have a restaurant at the same place, so having breakfast was easy and good!

It was supposed to be an entire appartment, but what i found was 3 single beds, and just one room, i slept sepparated from my girfriend as there was no double bed as in my booking😡😡😡

It was probably a nice hotel 10 years ago, with another owner, I guess. Now it’s old, degraded, and lacking care from the owner. The guest house is sold as 4 stars but it doesn’t reach 2 stars. There are electric powers open (unsafe), tv of 80’s, the worst bed I ever slept in. The owner was drinking with friends, and, evidently, too busy to put care in giving required directions to find the place (not in Google maps and wrongly located in booking). The parking places are always full, or at least, for us. Overall, embarrassing.

There is no Wi-Fi in the room. The place was tiny, there was no ventilation. Non of the offerings were there, we had to ask for the hot water kettle. The shower door was broken , it was almost impossible to take a shower, we even offered to fix it. The door of the bathroom does not close. The tv “not a flat screen “ did not work.
