Everything was perfect

We had an amazing stay! The view of Skadar Lake from the entire property – and even from our room – was absolutely stunning. There is a fully equipped shared kitchen, which was really convenient. The location is perfect too, only about 5 minutes by car to the lake where you can go on beautiful boat tours. Our host Branca was incredibly kind. I had asked her in advance if she could prepare something for my boyfriend’s birthday, and she went above and beyond – the room was decorated so beautifully with balloons, a garland, cake and even sparkling wine. It was the sweetest surprise and my boyfriend was so happy. We truly loved everything about our stay and can only give the strongest recommendation!

We had very good time at this property. The owner greeted us on the arrival. The view from the terrace is really nice. We enjoyed table tennis and darts.

Room size was really good, it was too noisy with the wood and things, washroom was not sound proof. Rest everything was on point, cleanliness was top notch

If you travel by car, this is the best place to stay in Virpazar. Furthermore, you could order the most delicious dinner and breakfast several hours in advance, which would be carefully cooked by the host.

The property details said there would be continental breakfast available and it was praised in the previous reviews. When we asked about it, we were told the staff member preparing the breakfast was off sick and we were put in touch with a friend who could give us a discount at her cafe. The communal TV was also not working, but we didn't find this out until we contacted the host about it. The room we had was lovely, but we found the photos on the website very confusing as there are loads of photos of the exteriors and not all the photos seem to be of the room you're booking. We stayed in the room with a single bed and a double bed, which included a photo of a sofa in front of a TV. There was no sofa or a TV. The room could also use a bigger bin than the only one available: a small bathroom bin.

Great, quiet location overlooking the valley and within an easy driving distance from Virpazar. The views from the windows and the various outside dining areas were fabulous and we had breakfast and dinner outside both days. Please note we prepared everything ourselves as there is/was no option to pay for dinner at the property. There is a communal kitchen downstairs and a big fridge-freezer. As we were there in early May, we seemed to have the place to ourselves and had a really nice, peaceful stay.

This was our second time staying at Dembelija Rooms, and we really enjoyed it. The host is very nice and helpful, the rooms are big and the view and location is one of the best in Crmnica! 😁

Kitchen could be better equipped. I expected to be able to at least cook a pasta.

Super nice service and easy contact. Although there were language borders communication was very welcoming. Also: the view. It's amazing and alone worth the stay. Breakfast was included but because of sickness of the service staff we got invited having our breakfast down in the village.

The lokalization isn’t exactly Virpazar - we had nearly 3/4 kilometr to the center. But the owner gave us in her car without any problems.

Apartment was very clean and had everything you need (even tea and coffee). The views were stunning. The owners were extremely communicative and open - all the time we kept in touch on Whatsapp. We also spent a really great time with owners dog - Teddy, who went on walks with us :) We recommend to rent a kayak or buy boat trip. The owners had a knowledge about the lake and region Moreover you can eat very tasty local dishes in their restaurant!

What was there not to like... The rooms were simple but had everything you need! The views from the patio were stunning! The hospitality and kindness of the hosts was incredible and my absolute favorite were the two dogs living on the property! I would 100% recommend and return! ** just something to keep in mind is that you pay the hosts in cash at the premises :)

If you stay 3 nights, it would have been nice to make the room and get fresh towels. Showerhead was broken. Place in general needs a little upgrade.

Wi-fi wasn't working very well, so we used 5G instead. There was no showerhead holder, it seemed like the old one had broken but it had not been replaced. The showerhead itself was leaking from the connection - the rubber seal was missing. We felt that there could be thicker blankets, as the room gets a bit cold in spring.

Beautiful location, cozy rooms, nice shared sitting area with a view. We liked that there was a shared kitchen/living room, so that we could cook our own food.
