Rooms near lift can hear it arriving day and night as it has a loud 3 note chime. Reception and concierge helpful but waiting staff a little detached and unhappy. That said I would recommend this hotel and stay again.

Great location, good modern room with balcony and seaview. Good breakfast buffet. Great pools and spa and plenty of beds by pool and on private beach.

The facilities and the beach club were phenomenal. We used the outdoor pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, and all were very nice. We got a room upgrade to a penthouse suite, and it was awesome. Two rooms in our suite with king-sized beds and our own bathrooms plus an upstairs seating area, dining table, extra bathroom, and rooftop terrace. The location was amazing as well, being right outside old town walls. Very near the pier/boardwalk. Huge breakfast selection. It's a very big hotel with a lot of nice amenities, which was perfect as we were winding down our action-packed trip and were looking for a little relaxation. Parking was available on-site, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location , I can see the dancing lady from my room window its too near , room size , swimming pool , house keeping , the staff .. 10 out of 10 and I defnetly come back to budva and stay again at avala hotel

Old rooms, staff of the bar at Mau Beach are inefficient and carriers do not provide service

Not fault of the property per se but the hotel would benefit from having a seperate entry off the main road to get to the hotel. The traffic for people trying to park in the public lots near was a bit frustrating trying to return.

Everything was convenient with the location and nice hotel! Clean, private beach and pool and good parking!

I would expect a much more friendly staff at the reception. The breakfast is basic plus, the coffee is not too good. The food at the pool and at the lounge bar is ok, but the service is not great. There are not many beds at the main pool. But still, I give to the total experience a 10 out of 10, because we enjoyed our stay very much!

Location is super, private beach, great pools, our room (villa) was large and comfortable, with the stunning views. Private and free parking.

Oddly, our comforter seemed a bit small for a king size bed.

Avala is in the perfect location, right next to the Old City, so you just walk out of the resort and you are right there. Our room was absolutely huge, and overlooked the beach, so the views were great. The breakfast buffet was great, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

You should make the food areas ie breakfast and terrace by beach no smoking it is very unpleasant to have smoke blown over you whilst eating

During the first couple of days it was a little difficult to manage across the space, I was confused a bit, but after that it was OK

Location next to the old town and beach. Actually next to everything. Spacious room. Personnel and service at the beach. Very attentive and professional staff everywhere throughout the hotel. Special thanks to Mr. Gile who helped us with luggage and information about the hotel and surroundings. A true professional, hundred percent dedicated to his job with heart and soul! We will stay at Avala again!

Location and the pool area

There was some misunderstanding but the stuff found a solution and upgraded us to a better suite . The stuff and the reception were very nice trying to do the best , the facilities like the pool and beach are great. The location is perfect, also free parking

No socket for the electric kettle ,no tea bags and no cofee bags or milk. So what is the kettle and 2cups for?in such hotel you could expect for more... Also it was not possible to regulate the aircondition .

Everything was perfect , the location with private beach was beautiful right next to the old town . We were lucky enough to get a room upgrade with an amazing view . Highly recommend this hotel and the staff made it a special stay . Look no further you will not be disappointed.
