This stay was next level! Alexandra is a great host & came to meet us at a nearby hotel to guide us to the apartment. We had the green apartment, which was beautiful & well thought out for tourists. We self catered, for which the kitchen area was perfectly adequate. The patio area was glorious, we ate every meal there. The sea in August was warm enough to swim for hours & the previous guests had left inflatables that we had a lot of fun with. Sveti Stefan is stunning & small enough to explore on foot.

There are a lot of stairs to reach the apartment from the street and no lift so you need to consider that before booking. We didn't have any problems (except our laziness :D ) but it could be a limit. The road is very narrow and there's no parking so it's important to reserve a parking space.

The apartment is amazing. Spacious, comfortable and well-stocked. The rock stairs lead you directly to the beach. The building is the only one that has a lush greenery around and every apartment at the ground floor has its own garden with a gorgeous panoramic view of the beach and the Sveti Stefan Isle. Furthermore, Aleksandra is a perfect host, very kind and helpful and discreet at the same time.

Some of the fixtures and fittings were a bit wibbly; everything worked but sometimes felt a tiny but precarious. There are a lot of steps and parking is really hard (and expensive) but that is an issue with Sveti Stefan rather than the apartment.

Beautiful location; great to be able to hear the sea as we slept. The apartment was small but perfectly formed; everything we needed was there. Aleksandra is fabulous; friendly, kind and helpful. The courtyard was a private and lovely and a quick swim in the sea was literally steps away. Buses are close by and there is a well stocked shop just a few minutes walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment! The location is perfect - right on the beachfront with a nice view and direct access to the beach. The terrace was ideal for relaxing, whether enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset. The apartment itself was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What really made our stay special was the host Aleksandra - so kind and helpful if we need anything. We stayed for 5 nights but wished we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect — on the beach and close to shops, restaurants. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, always quick to respond to our questions. The apartment also had a beautiful view of Sveti Stefan and a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The sea was crystal clear and perfect for swimming. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Everything about the place and the accommodation was perfect, but due to the nature of the location, the stairs were a bit tiring.

No words can truly describe Zezelj or Alexandra. We spent a week here with our two-year-old daughter and felt incredibly comfortable the entire time. Alexandra is a talented, hardworking, and multi-skilled woman — and her warmth and sincerity are truly captivating. The rooms are spacious, and access to the sea is very easy. Inside the apartment, everything you need to feel at home is available — from an iron and a safe to a washing machine and a dishwasher. Thanks to Alexandra’s attention to detail and cleanliness, the sheets and towels smelled amazing. The surroundings and the view are simply breathtaking. It’s a perfect place for couples and families with children — clean, cozy, and peaceful. And if you ever need anything extra, Alexandra magically makes it happen :) We sincerely congratulate her for being such a wonderful host and for running a truly exceptional place. As a family, we are already looking forward to coming back for our next vacation.

There were couple of things, that unfortunately must be pointed out: above all, the parking. It is very expensive and for 30€ a day we have received quite a short place at the street full of other parked cars. Our car is not the shortest one, so each time we left the car there we were afraid, that when we come back, it will be dented or scratched. And we actually were leaving with scratched back bumper and passenger doors :( We were said, that the high fee for parking is set by the city authorities. Nevertheless, for such price we would be expecting at least a normal parking place, not a one for Fiat 500. The second thing was a dirty terrace and balcony. If I had a possibility - so if there was a mop or a bucket, I would wash it by myself, but there was not. So it was impossible to go barefoot at the terrace. The balcony was also dirty. I also must say, that the refrigerator was cleaned a long time ago before our arrival, unfortunately. Cleanliness was generally a problem in this appartment, apart from the terrace, whole kitchen ad both bathrooms needed a general cleaning. In generall, quite a few things should be fixed in the appartment, without much investments: broken shutters, clogged drain, stucking terrace doors, broken hanger etc. It is not a big problem, but it was a hassle during our stay. Just a little bit of work and our rate would be much higher!

Without any doubts the location of the appartment is perfect: right at the beach, with the most wonderful view. To get to the beach you just needed to walk down the stairs. The owners were very nice and helpful, especially Alessandra. The appartment is very spacious, there were 4 of us, but 6 would feel as much comfortable, as we did. There were two large bathrooms, one with whirpool bathtube, unfortunatelly the whirpool did not work. The terrace was very large, there was a big table, so we could have breakfast with the sea view. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. There is quite calm in the area, so we were not bothered by parties, screaming people or cars. This place has a huge potential: with its location and space it could be a really excellent spot in Sveti Stefan. Unfortunatelly, it has its disadvantages.

Wonderful place, highly recommend! We had a wonderful time in the apartments. They are nicely furnished, there is everything you need: tablets for the dishwasher, some small utilities, a washing machine. The view is simply amazing. Getting to the beach is 20 seconds. There is a direct staircase to it. Very responsive and pleasant hotel owners. They were always happy to help. Our dog, with whom we usually travel, was treated as cordially as possible. We will definitely come back, thank you very much!

There are three smaller apartments on the same floor, and they share a terrace that is somewhat divided by flowers. Andrej carried our bags from the parking lot to the apartment, and Alexandra keeps the place perfectly clean. They are both very friendly. We were pleasantly surprised that at their recommendation, we were able to choose lunch or dinner from a close restaurant´s menu at reasonable prices, to be brought straight to our apartment by a waiter within about half an hour. Great cuisine, mostly Montenegran, like njegoš steaks, cuttlefish, octopuses, salads, but also like 10 kinds of pizza. Very suitable for families with children or for businessmen, since you get to eat at your leisure either in the privacy of the apartment, or on the terrace with the gorgeous view.

Accommodation in the apartment was great. The kitchen equipment was sufficient, they took out the garbage for us every day, and they changed our towels and bed linen halfway through our stay. The best was the location of the apartment, directly above the beach. From the terrace there was a wonderful view of the island of Sveti Stefan. We had no problem with parking, we also ordered a paid parking space when booking. I recommend it to everyone who travels here, because parking is a problem in the town.

Depending on the wind, sometimes there was a bad smell coming out of the bathroom. But it lasted only a few minutes. Internet is rarely problematic but in overall, we didn’t have big problems. Nothing to complain.

Location is perfect, very close to Sveti Stefan island and right above the beach. You can enjoy the view and sleep with the sound of the sea. View is fantastic. Very clean place. Kitchen and bathroom were well-equipped. We stayed as 3 people in the garden apartment. Bedroom is combined with living room and it was large enough. It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Staff is very responsive and helpful all the time. Thanks for everything.

Air conditioning only in the kitchen and living room, not in the sleeping quarters which meant AC had to remain full on 24 hours and room doors open throughout the night. Many stairs to go to the car park and to the beach. Car parking at the end of the street with manual gate - not very convenient.

Great location. Wonderful beach. Amazing views. Very king welcome from helpful host (property keeper). Great apartment overlooking Sveti Stefan with private beautiful beach and only 50 meters away from a very good restaurant (Amadeus) that also delivers to the room.
