The bathroom had a bit of a smell from the pipes or water drainage. But nothing major. Wifi didn't work in room 3 days out of 5 but we managed without so no big problem. Not much around without car.

One of the best views I have ever had :) The apartment had everything needed. Nicely clean. Spacious, big balcony, AC.

Nothing major. We had a bird nest in our patio that provided a bird poop spot to avoid. It was cool watched by the birds fly in and out, but I’d suggest at the start of next season trying to prevent future nest. No other complaints.

My family and I really loved this property. The view is spectacular!! As a family we tend to get going slower in the morning and have to get back, before we’d like, to get daughter to bed, so having the large patio with awesome view was great for morning coffee and evening wine. While not in the heart of Budva it was just a 10 minute/10 Euro taxi to town. But the property is perfectly situated for Jaz beach visits, less than 5 minute drive. If you don’t know Jaz beach is the best if you want to enjoy the beach and not have people on top of you. Less crowded but still have all the water activities and refreshments. The host is very accommodating, responsive, and helpful.

The villa host is very nice and helpful lady. She made our stay perfect.we rent a car from her.it is so convenient to have a car to travel here .The villa is so clean with an amazing sea view.room is big with kitchen and equip with kitchen facilities . Everything is so perfect.

Was a bit difficult to get to, and the parking situation was tricky, very cramped. Hot water was also a bit unpredictable. The bed also wasn't very comfortable.

Beautiful ocean views, very friendly staff that were very helpful, had working A/C, spacious, good value. The sofa bed was very comfortable.

We weren’t greeted by any staff because they had gone out to the beach. So we didn’t get our key till very late at night. And the beds were not very comfortable. There was also no curtain for the shower so water splashed all over the floor.

This apartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and ocean from the balcony. We loved sitting outside and admiring the sights. Truly gorgeous.

The location is amazing, the view from our room was fantastic! Communication was great, price very affordable for what you pay, clean and that was all we were very happy for our choice. There is free parking in inside the hotel!

Stunning View of Sea, Beautiful big garden, location, host and the team are very friendly and helpful, car rental facility by the host, spacious apartment. Team Villa Vanja even went out of the line to book our short stay in mountains, very kind of you.

We haved a little problem in the bahroom,but the host was receptive. When the road is wet ,is difficult to climb by car. Without clutch and good tyers, we would have skated on the road ,many drivers was stucked in there for a while…Otherwise on sunny days , the road to the villa is OK .

The view is stunning ,they have a very beautiful garden. Same as in the photos.

It was quite far to city centre and up the hill but it’s worth it considering the price. If you’re going to rent a car, this place is excellent.

The room was very spacious and the facilities were clean and spotless. The view is also excellent. Vanja, the host was also accommodating and easy to reach.

Overall everything was great and we did not want to bother our host, but I think if they would replace a few things like the shower curtain or the ventilation system in the bathroom this apartment could be a 10/10

The main reason we took this apartment was for the sea view terrace advertised and it was just great. The view was stunning and it made the whole stay just fantastic. The host is very nice and kind: she waited for us late in the evening as we had a very long drive and offered us a drink on arrival. She always checked with us if everything was fine and told us to reach out if we needed anything at all. She also recommended us a great restaurant which we visited and had an amazing dinner. Overall the house is comfortable with all the necessary facilities. The position is great, very close to the beach and to the city center, which is reachable within a couple of minutes by car

Nothing-everything was perfect :)

The apartment was very clean, comfortable with a lovely sea view from the balcony. It was the perfect location for jazz beach and a bus/taxi ride into Budva. Vanja was an absolutely amazing host. She met us at the airport for our pre-arranged transfer and was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even giving us lifts back from the beach when she saw us which was so lovely. She went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and gave us useful information about things to do in the area. We were just sorry that we only had 4 nights, as it went too fast, but we would not hesitate to come back in the future and hope to return soon, but for longer next time! :)
