It has no elevator but it is just 2 floors up so not a biggie

The location is perfect with amaazing view overlooking the beach and forest and 5 min away from the airport. The host is courteous and friendly and lives in the bldg if you need him.

The bed was comfortable but firm, so for me, a toppa pad would have been good, still got good sleep though after being out and about. Nothing negative, just a suggestion for the owner :)

Our host was superb and helpful. We had an issue with our GPS so he came and got us from the local Hotel to show us the way. We also had an issue with our passports at the border, they didn't return them and a bit of a mis up, and he called people he knew and helped us out which was fantastic. We had to bother him again and I pushed too many buttons on the TV remote, and he came up straight away and fixed the issue. Really lovely person and the apartment was huge, well maintained, good kitchen and bathroom, plenty of towels etc. He even left us a lovely bottle of red wine, chocolate biscuits for a cuppa and lollies, and drinks in the fridge, which was really unexpected but such a lovely touch/treat. Thank you again for your help and hospitality. We will let NZ know to come and stay in your lovely bay which is quiet and peaceful yet walking distance to the elaborate harbour with the upmarket restaurants and shopping boutiques.

Clean property with plenty of necessities like a dishwasher, washing machine, AC, etc. Super friendly host. Access to a quiet beach below. Short walking distance to Tivat downtown and Porto Montenegro.

Everything was very good! Only thing we missed was a vacuum cleaner and the beach was stones and not sand. The host was very helpful and sweet. The location is amazing.

This place is paradise on earth, don't even consider other places in Tivat, It's an intimate building, a hugh apartment with 3 bed rooms, everything is new and renovated, the place has a private beach!! overlooking a stunning bay. Bozidar, the owner, greets you upon arrival, provides private parking, and he is incredibly kind, friendly, and pleasant. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed (coffee capsules, tooth brushes and paste, shampoos, laundry pods, towels, even chocolates, wine, and a fridge stocked with beers!). We enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon. Thank you so much Bozidar!

Great apartment! Very clean, has everything you need! Location - couldn't be better! There is a private beach. Porto Montenegro is only 15 minutes walk away, along the sea. Wonderful and responsive owner of the apartment! Will definitely come back!

Well located, with a magnificent view. Peaceful and comfortable. The rooms are large and well furnished. We found in the apartment all we needed for our three nights stay, small details make a difference. The terrace is large and a perfect place to admire the bay.

The apartment is huge, new, spotless and well organized. You have literary everything you need and even more: well equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine with tumble dry, comfortable beds, good wifi and even toothbrushes. We also got bottle of wine, mineral water, juices, different tea and coffee, chocolates and even extra virgin olive oil. The view is stunning and the location is close to everything. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you very much, Božidar, for our perfect stay.

Apartment that had everything, thought out in every detail. The kitchen was well equipped, not only kitchen equipment, but also with things like paper towels, tablets for dishwasher, coffee, tea... Very clean, AC well-functioning, fantastic balcony with sea view, quiet surroundings, parking space. The host was helpful, flexible, welcoming. My choice when I'm in Tivat.

First of all, great view! The location of the apartment is one of the best in Tivat. Quiet place, close to the center, with its beautiful equipped beach. The apartment is very clean! Everything matches the photo. The host is very attentive and carring. We'll come back here!
