Hosts were amazing, always ready to provide hints on trips around the bay. Whole residence was very nice and the apartment was big enough to accomodate 4-member faily and provided beautiful sea view.

Dvorišna kapija izlazi direktno na mol koji pripada vlasniku kuće. Na molu se nalaze ležaljke i suncobrani koje gosti mogu besplatno koristiti. U neposrednoj blizini nema kafića niti restorana, što obezbeđuje potpun mir i tišinu. Na svega 7–10 minuta laganog hoda mogu se pronaći mesta za kafu ili obrok. Svaki apartman ima svoju baštensku garnituru. Parking je natkriven, a u dvorištu raste sezonsko voće koje smo imali priliku da sami uberemo. The courtyard gate opens directly onto a pier that belongs to the owner. On the pier, guests can freely use the sun loungers and umbrellas. Each apartment has its own outdoor seating area with garden furniture for relaxing. There are no cafés or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which ensures complete peace and quiet. However, within just a 7–10 minute walk, you can find places to enjoy a coffee or a meal. Parking is covered, and in the courtyard there are seasonal fruits that we had the pleasure of picking ourselves.

The historic character of the property and 500 year family connection to Dobrota meant alot to us. The apartment was extremely high end, exclusive, private and safe and yet with a lovely family feel. Out amazing hosts were aways helpful, kind and accessible and made our stay wonderful. The apartment was modern and we loved the old stone construction with character, comfortable beds and nice and cool, despite the heat. The area is quiet and relaxing and we loved the private beach with sun loungers and sunbed for our exclusive use. This was the perfect holiday for us and we could not imagine staying anywhere else in Kotor or Dobrota. Really appreciated the cold drinks and friendly welcome on arrival and the in-house book on the history of Dobrota. Milan and Olga were the perfect hosts.

Everything was perfect and better than expected. The location is great as it is near of Kotor and Perast. It has great parking given that finding parking is difficult in most of the town. And the balcony view is top!Milan was a great host and very communicative and flexible .

The location was perfect. Right on the waters edge with a private jetty with sun loungers. The view from the balcony was stunning and sunsets were glorious. Milan was incredibly helpful and organised bike hire from his brother and arranged our taxi to return to the airport. We were able to use the bikes to cycle to Perast and Kotor. The accommodation was clean and spacious and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at Apartment Radonicic. The apartment was impeccably clean with fresh, new bedding. A thoughtful touch was the free beach umbrellas available for guests to use. Two rooms offer beautiful sea views, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The area is quiet and peaceful, ideal for a tranquil getaway. There are several small beaches nearby with coarse sand and a few beach bars for refreshments. The location is excellent for exploring the region. Just a 15-minute drive away is the charming town of Perast, which we highly recommend visiting. The old town of Kotor, a must-see destination, is only 15 minutes from the apartment. For those looking for a delicious and affordable meal, we suggest trying the restaurant Dobrotski Dvori, located just 2km away. Overall, Apartment Radonicic provided us with a comfortable base for a relaxing holiday and exploring the beautiful Montenegro coast. Highly recommended for those seeking a peaceful retreat with easy access to local attractions.

A dream place with a wonderful view over the bay of Kotor . The small private beach was very quiet and exclusive. The apartment is equipped with everything necessary, it can be lived in for a long time. The hosts were always helpful at in the same time discreet. A wonderful stay, we want to come back!

Hosts Milan and Olga are very friendly, polite and generous. Whenever they saw us, they always were asking If everything was ok and If we needed anything. They even prepared a lovely heart shaped chocolate box for us because we would be arriving for our honeymoon, even though it was not included in the description. The apartment has this great vista of the Kotor Bay, and an equally beautiful balcony. We will definitely be revisting Radonicic Apartment sooner or later. Best of love for Milan and Olga, and the other guests we met, Martha and Sebastian.

Beautiful view and a great balcony to enjoy it. There's also a private beach with some sunbeds which is a lovely place to read and relax. The apartment was very spacious and spotless. Our host even left some water, soft drinks and beer for us I'm the fridge. The location is ideal if you want to be away from the old town buzz but also have good options of restaurants within a 30 minute walk. There was a shop and bakery nearby so had all the essentials.

The Location is excellent -3 steps to water. Apartment is very comfortable and the host is super helpful in all matters! You can Book a private Boat Tour. Kotor is close but hat enough to Enjoy peaceful and Quite evening.Supermarkt, bakery and Restaurants can be reached within several minutes by feet.we recommend 100%
