Instructions on how to find the apartment weren’t great on booking.com and contact number provided was turned off which had us panicking because we arrived in late evening. They had tried sending us a message on WhatsApp but knew it wasn’t received and didn’t try contacting us any other way. The property manager also insisted on receiving payment in euros cash which was not made clear on the website.

Great location in old town. Small, clean apartment with everything you need. Be prepared for the church bells to wake you at 7am every morning which I actually liked.

On the down side their description on the site was not accurate. It was advertised as a Seaview room, and there was no sea view. if you stuck your head out the window, you may be able to see the very tops of a few masts of some of the sailing ships in the harbor, but you would need a neck like a giraffe to see any water. The description also stated there was a hot tub which definitely did not exist. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, which was just fine for me. The description said the room was equipped with robe and slippers, which also did not exist, and the toiletries were included, and there were none in the apartment, however, when I text and asked about this, they did send up some bath gel, some dish soap, and some shampoo. The waist bucket in the kitchen was teeny tiny and I was staying a week so I requested some garbage bags which I did not get. The other issue I had was that there were lots of stairs and the first three sets of stairs were part of the fort stairs and they were rocky and uneven and used by the public so they were littered with garbage . Once I got up those 3 sets of stairs, I had another set of stairs, going down to the door and then once inside the door up again another flight of stairs so if anyone has mobility issues or cannot do lots of stairs, this may not be the place for them.

The location was great right in the center of Old Town. The room was small but comfortable enough. The young guys who met me when I arrived were very nice and helpful and carried my suitcase up to the room on my arrival and down again when I departed. So eager to please. The the guitar music at night from the plaza filtered up into my room, but it was very nice relaxing music and the guitar player quit by 10 PM so not an issue for me. The church bells which were quite loud started ringing at about six in the morning every hour until about 9 o'clock at night again this did not bother me but the room was definitely not soundproof..

They were responsive before and after we checked-in but when we needed them the most- when we arrived - they stopped responding. So we waited 20 to 30 min outside the apartment. Even when I told them my arrival time, even when I told them that I am walking over from the bus station, even when they told me "they will be waiting for me". Also they had multiple different people that attended to us which was confusing because we weren't sure who is legit and who isn't. Also they charged 2 euros per person per night for city tax but when I went to pay with them to the authorities, it was only 1 euro and they paid 1 night less. So we paid them 12 euros and they only paid the authorities 4 euros. Not a big deal but shady.

The location was great. Right smack in Old Town and beside the hike to the fortress. They are responsive in the messages. When we needed toilet paper they brought it over immediately. There is a washing machine and clothesline which was great. The place was spacious, had a fridge too.

Overall cleanliness should be improved. Single beds are not comfortable for proper sleep.

No outside looking windows. There was a damp smell in the bathroom.

We didn’t know the apartment was located in the old town Kotor which could only be reached by walking. But it was very conveniently located, not very far from free street parking (5 mins walk). It was in the perfect location where you can reach anywhere within minutes.

- kitchen facilities were very limited, better if you are eating out and just needing a place to sleep - the price listed on booking was not the same as the price we were asked to pay in cash. There were some additional fees which it was not clear were additional (it looked on booking like they were included) I spoke to the owner about this and he explained it was a fault of the system with booking, he was very responsive when I spoke with him and happily explained.

The owner was very flexible with check in and out, both he and the lady who were cleaning/letting us in were easily contactable and very flexible The apartment was very central, great location Despite being right in the center of a busy place it was very quiet once inside Use of washing machine was very helpful for us A cosy room

Only a sea view using mirrors and we paid for a sea view. Access the apartment was via Kotor steps which were although out of their control...smelly with refuse.

Location excellent, the host Lazar was a wealth of information on what to see and do. Almost better than they stay here showed us the local way to cross back into Croatia, saving us 4 hours (compared to cross into Montenegro)

Firstly, we saw a price list for the apartment from 2022, with prices 30-60€! We paid 100 per night! In the last two years it seems the entire tourist industry in Kotor has decided people from UK, France, Germany, Holland etc. will pay ANYTHING. They have increased all their prices - restaurants, drinks, visits, apartments, everything by 100% (at least) and think they can continue to do this! In most places bar and restaurant prices are now more expensive than Amsterdam, Bordeaux and London. We rent-out a unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the very popular Dordogne region in France for the same price as this place! At some point, the greed will price itself out. People of Kotor - you CANNOT maintain these prices! It will kill your industry! Secondly: PLEASE think about lighting. You need "warm" LEDs. This applies to everyone in the tourist industry!

This apartment has been renovated and decorated with breathtakingly good taste, maximising its space, location and orientation. It's a really fantastically professional job. The bed is comfortable, the equipment is correct and everything works. Really, bravo. Also the welcome is informative (particularly about parking) and friendly. Thank you Danijela and Lazar, we had a great stay.

The kitchen could have been better equipped for cooking in - there were very little in the way of cooking utensils excepting cutlery/crockery so no scissions, sharp knives, tea/coffee pot and the bottle opener was broken. We just about managed to cook a simple pasta dish but would have struggled with much beyond that. If you prefer to eat out there are plenty of places very very close but we wanted to be able to prep breakfast and lunch in the kitchen and were limited by the equipment. It would also have been good to have 2 or 3 dishwasher and washing machine tabs/pods

fabulous location, comfortable beds, sofas and plenty of room for us (2 adults and 2 tweenagers) Great to have a washing machine and airer too. The TV worked to link to disney too so we could have a movie night with the kids one night. Be aware the main bedroom and living area front on to a pretty square full of restaurants so you do get noise from entertainers etc. into the evening. Also note no air-con in the main bedroom but easily fixed by sleeping with the door open into the living area.

The bed is not very comfortable. The plumbing is quite old and worn out. It would be nice if there were a shower gel and shampoo.

The location is in the very heart of old town and in three minutes walk from entrance to the ascent to the fortress. Stylish apartments with interesting details. Nice host.

Nicely decorated. Great four-poster bed. We enjoyed the stone walls and the lighting. The bathroom was good with a good-size shower and plenty of storage space, including a washing machine. Everything seemed clean and in good working order. The kitchenette was well-equipped and had enough space for a short stay. We had enough space for storage. The location was great and the external noise died down early enough so as not to disturb our sleep. Air conditioning was good.

The fridge smelled bad, we could not use it. We had to pay cash upon arrival.
