Our only regret is that, because of our schedule, we could stay for only two nights. We really love staying in family-run guesthouses like this, as it’s the best way to connect with real people. Thank you for your warm hospitality and the lovely conversations — we hope to return one day!

This guest house in Ulcinj was a real treat — modern, fresh, and beautifully kept. The property has a lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds, and our room came with a spacious balcony equipped with chairs, a table, and a drying rack. From the second floor, we even had a surprisingly wide view over the surroundings. Both dinner and breakfast were available on-site, and both were excellent. The guesthouse is run by a warm and hard-working family: the mother and grandmother took care of the kitchen, the children maintained the pool and made sure guests were comfortable, and the father — at the heart of it all — managed everything with genuine enthusiasm. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does, and it shows in every interaction. Communication in English was also excellent. One small note: while the Booking.com map is correct, Google Maps points about 50 meters off. Like in many parts of Montenegro, you just have to keep your eyes open and you’ll find the right spot.

Everything! Starting from Sejlla, a very warm welcome. The room is big and very clean. Food is delicious and everyone is very kind. Pasha, the owner welcomed us with an exceptional home made brandy ( raki Pasha). Also, the pool is very clean. There is rakia and olive oil to buy there, all homemade. Thank you Pasha's family. We will come back for sure!

Very welcoming hosts! The property is located 5 minutes by car from the sandy beach, we had a large room, beautifully decorated, large balcony, very comfortable bed and pillow, very clean and well maintained. There is a covered garage. The breakfast was very tasty, varied, every morning we had something else, home-cooked food. We served breakfast in a splendid orange garden. Pasha, his daughter and his wife know how to treat their guests, they were very kind, they helped us with advice about beaches, restaurants, places to visit. Also, we were able to buy a very good olive oil from them. I recommend, this is the best place in Ulcinj!

In general, this is exactly what I expected, and because I was planning to be on a holiday for a few days.

I was very satisfied with the accommodation and the staff. The personnel is very polite. Additionally, there is a dedicated and monitored parking area for guests.

The property is situated between the main city and the long beach in a peaceful neighbourhood. The rooms are hyper clean and there is a shared kitchen in each floor. Beds and pillows are really comfy. There is a little space for fitness in the rooftop. The breakfast is delicious.

Had a chance to visit Montenegro once again in a months time. As in my 1st review - no second thoughts where to stay, but went straight for Pasha Guest House. Owner and his family - as always very welcoming. Arrived earlier than expected time and standard check-in time, but were pleasantly surprised that we had to wait just a bit of a time and occupy room way earlier. In evening ordered famous (from comments) fish - well, there's a reason for that. In case you're here - try it. Also owner let us taste vodka. :D

We loved how welcoming the family were, nothing was too much trouble. The room was spacious and stylishly decorated. It was a bit of a drive to the local restaurants so we opted to eat at Pasha’s. The breakfast was very nice with lots of choice. Although the property was a bit of a drive to the beach, if you have a car, I would definitely recommend immensely staying here.

This was the first time we stayed at Guest House Pasha. After a week, I have to say that Pasha and his family are the least people on earth. The room we booked was very nice and clean. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and plentiful. During that one week, we never received any food that we didn't like. The flavors were real homemade flavors. They are really kind and helpful, no matter what we asked or requested, they helped us right away. I can only recommend it to everyone. We will definitely go back next year. Thank you again for a wonderful week!

I read already the great reviews I was hoping to experience everything by myself and I did. 1st of all even though reception works till 2200hrs and we knew we wil be late, Pasha told us not to worry, that someone will wait for us. Room had working A/C which is important in summer, big balcony where you can enjoy your evening or morning. On the rooftop there are chairs and beds to sit and sunbath, - wish I had paid attention to it in the 1st evening, also there is gym equipment, for those who don't want skip a day. Rooms were clean, had refrigerator, mosquito net, comfortable beds. Car had separate garage, and if you don't use it during the day, it won't heat up so much. Even though we had one room, it felt like we have all the building. If I ever come here, I will definately pick this place without second thoughts.

The beaches were a bit far from the house but it can easily be reached by a quick car ride or by bike.

The place was beautiful, all the rooms were clean, had AC in them and the garden was pleasant too. The breakfast had good variety, and the fresh orange juice was amazing. The staff were the kindest we have ever seen, you can even down a few drinks with them. The place also had a separate garage nearby, which is a life saver during the hot summer time there. Will definitely go back for another visit sometime!
