All good reviews are true. The place is really quiet and the apartment is perfectly made. I can only add that google maps are not accurate in 2025 about that area. There is a direct and good pedestrian way to the sea now (see the photo). I recommend going to the right side (if to look at the sea) of the beach to its end: it is more quiet and you can snorkel there in the mornings. The place is accessible by train (old as hell) from AeroPort or Podgorica.

The bed was uncomfortable, and I wish there had been a blind for more privacy on the patio windows. Seemed a little far from the center of town.

It was such a great choice for a quiet vacation since we were with a little baby. The apartment was spotless, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. Ivana and her husband are the most incredible couple, and they were helpful all the way through. Overall, it was an incredible experience. I Reccomend it without hesitation.

It was a bit longer to the centre but not long.

The host was very helpful and the apartment was najs with a good view and balcony. It was a short walk to the beach and good restaurants.

The area in general is quite quiet compared to other areas in Montenegro but this is not the fault of the hosts or the apartment and, it's perfect if that's what you're looking for. It was fine for us for a couple of nights and, providing you do your research, you would know this in advance.

The apartment was lovely and modern, it had a small kitchen, a balcony, TV, WiFi etc. We had access to everything that we needed and Stefan and Ivana were perfect hosts. We were late arriving as our bus was delayed and then we got a bit lost but they were very sympathetic. Ivana gave me her whatsapp information so that I could ask her anything that I needed. We were close to the beach, some restaurants, the train station etc. I can't really fault the place. If we were to return to Susanj, I would definitely rebook Apartments Milivojevic.

The hosts are a wonderful family, welcoming and willing to help in any situation. We were happy to receive their advice on both walking in Bar and nearby areas. My family and I accepted them as our relatives. They speak perfect English, but we as Bulgarians got along well speaking our native languages. We chose Bar because of the beautiful promenade, because of the beautiful church that impressed us from the pictures on the internet, because it is not too crowded with tourists. It's warm in atmosphere and has lovely residents. It is easy to reach Stari Bar, Kotor, Budva, Herceg Novi and Ulcinj. The apartment is within walking distance of the beach, we chose it because it is not on the beachfront by which the car traffic passes. There are many small shops, a bakery and plenty of restaurants around. We would definitely go back to the wonderful Milivojevic family in particular.
