How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The breakfast was not included with this package. The location was excellent. Everyth8ng we wanted and needed was within walking distance.

We had a great experience staying in the Natasa apartment. It was clean, and it was close to the city centre of Niksic. We are definitely going to be back. I highly recommend it.

1) Bathroom shower stall has no curtains, so water will definitely splash out on the area near the toilet. Also takes a while for the water to fully drain within the shower stall. 2) Electric water kettle leaks water
1) Decent location with multiple good restaurants and supermarkets within 10 minute walking distance. 20 minute walk to the Niksic bus station, so bit more of a walk. 2) Has separate area between entrance to apartment and the room itself to put your umbrella/rain coat to dry. 3) There is a reception office that opens during the day. 4) Responsive host

Our stay in Nikšic in general was ok, apartments were spacious, beds where comfortable, the area was safe. The kitchen was little bit decorative, because actually it was not useful, strange electrical installation (but it not just here, also in other places we stayed in Montenegro), but for us it was not problem as we haven't intended to cook there. Besides there are at least one good place to eat not far from apartments. Our special compliments go to beautiful and warm family of host - we felt very comfortable and welcome there.

Can be quite hot in the apartment even with airco
Very kind English speaking host who makes you feel welcome. A short walk to the city center of Niksic. Ideal for visiting Ostrog monastery. Much space.

Lokacija odlicna, sve je blizu. Parking odmah ispred, video nadzor. Picerija u sklopu objekta, odlicna pizza a i kafa. Apartman cist, prostran, lijepo opremljen.

Our apatment was ultra clean and comfortable.The appartment was very specious and warm.We had a great stay with the family incl.two children.The owner Natasa was very hospitable and welcoming, she went above and beyong to accomodate us. As addition there is a Pizza Shop conecting to the complex and probably one of the best pizza we had. Overall a great stay at Niksic and we will use it in future when staying at Niksic.

We really liked how welcoming the owner was and the room was very nice and clean.There was also a storng wifi connection and we had a parking space on a good location.We were pleasently suprised , I highly reccomend it to everyone who plans to visit Nikšić.

Furniture and room is bit older. Lightning is sort of dim and there are no possibilities to cook in the apartment, You could only prepare tea or cofee. On the other hand we could enjoy service of pizzeria, which is part of the complex.
Owner Natasha was very helpfull and flexible. Location was nice and central. We were able to park car behind the gate and there was pirzzeria, where we could enjpy cold beer and good pizza. Breakfast was paid extra and we could arrange its content.

There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment when we came. I tried opening the windows, but that just made it worse. Natasha assured us that it was a non-smoking apartment (she had several signs around the room saying that smoking in the suite was not allowed). It could be that someone outside was smoking and the smell came in thru the windows. My husband woke up in pain because the bed and pillows were uncomfortble. There was mold on the ceiling of the shower, and hair hanging off a cabinet above the coffee/tea area. Grafitti on the wall of the building directly across from the apartment made me wonder if we were in a safe neighborhood.
Natasha and her husband were very friendly. She greeted us when we arrived and showed us the apartment and gave us tips about the city. The apartment was large and painted inside with fun colors. The entryway gate and stairs were pretty with flowers growing in pots. The towels smelled good!
