the pool is rather small but otherwise okay - note the opening hours of the pool (10:30am-6pm when we visited in July 2025). and the terrace, while with amazing views and comfortable chairs and sunbeds, is underutilized as they dont allow outside food or drinks - i would understand that but the “terrace bar” is on request only and has very limited offering

I have no complaints

I give this hotel my biggest recommendations. Definitely value for money! We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. The room was clean and optional room service was provided. The pool is small, which is also visible from the photos uploaded, but as there is not many guests on the hotels, the size was perfect for our needs. The location is great! Sveti Stefan is a lot more calm and peaceful than Budva and Kotor, which is very crowded and touristy. However, you can easily drive there for day trips from the hotel. There are also great restaurants on the same road that are both better and cheaper than what we tried in Kotor. Thanks a lot to our host Dijana for your excellent service! You made us feel very welcome.

The lovely view and the nature. The hosts were extremely attentive, it was easy to park and very short walking distance to Sveti Stefan and the park Milocher. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfortable. The terrace was lovely and we loved the wooden carving of St Basils monastery on the wall… One of the most beautiful places in the world!

Swimming pool is rather a bathtub, but the terrace is generally a nice place to spend time. Paid parking but it is a big issue to find a parking place in Sv. Stefan in general so I it is hard to blame.

Nothing! Only negative is the room is slightly dated however this will does not detract to the stay at all.

Balcony views were fantastic looking over Sveti Stefan. Room was perfect for what we needed and the pool area was very relaxing. Walk down the beach was less than 5 mins. Stevi Stefan is very quiet but if you want a chilled break, this is a great place to stay.

Wasn’t a fan of cafe and restaurants on the street where we lived, huge portions served but poorly prepared for our taste. Wonderful restaurant with fresh ingredients and good wine down by the beach area “Olive”. Highly recommend for the value

We had a wonderful 8 days holiday in a very nice place, mostly thanks to the location. We stayed in apartment 6, on the first floor and it was one of the nicest places we have been in Montenegro. The owners were very kind, attentive and considerate to our needs. + + wonderful view, great beds, daily cleaning, daily changing of towels, parking (which is a big problem in Sveti Stefan), large closets, useful kitchen, large terrace and 2 small balconies, pool, the nearest restaurant Drago which was the best (excellent breakfasts).. Definitely if we return to Montenegro we will stay here.

Our stay at Monte Perla Residence was wonderful, we fell in love with the place, the town, the people, the country. The views from the terrace were superb and the small swimming pool was perfect for our two girls (ages 6 and 3). We could easily walk to the beaches, to amazing restaurants (shoutout to Drago and Caffe Caffe), to beautiful spots to see the sunset. Everybody in the family is incredibly nice, were so kind to our children, always had a smile for us (even when our kids were being kids). We loved that they cleaned the room every day, greatly appreciated in a place near a beach. Bonus tip: bring your own beach towels.

The bathroom was small.

The room was very nice and spacious, with a delicate interior. Comfy beds. And our private terrace was perfect. Big, with our own sun beds and a beautiful ocean view. The kids liked the pool.

We were in the basement apartment under the pool and despite the breathtaking views from the terrace, 6ft above and from virtually all other rooms, down below, you look out to olive trees. The apartment is priced for the view, which was in fairness only a dozen or so stairs away but I felt a little bit let down. The pool whilst welcome for a cooling dip is more of a glorified jacuzzi and for some reason closes at 6pm, just when you want to enjoy those views. Parking was convenient right next to the hotel but at a cost. Think it was €10€ a day and finally you had to pay by cash, which resulted in bank charges, which I always grudge.

The view was to die for and the sunsets were wonderful. The size of the accommodation was great but although very comfortable it felt quite dated (maybe just our room. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and although we only stayed 2 nights, our apartment was cleaned daily. Handy for beach accessed by lots of stairs and for a few nice restaurants.
