This isn’t your 5 star hotel experience, which is fine. After night one our room wasn’t done, there was a little bit of a smell in our room on day 3 and the coffee / juice for breakfast isn’t something fancy or so. It just does the job.

The property is 5km from downtown Kotor, which we appreciated because we also wanted to swim a lot. For this, it was perfect. It’s a family run property with roughly 10 rooms. We also liked the very friendly host and the breakfast menu available was good. We also appreciated that beach towels were provided.

Very well situated, right next to the seaside, view is amazing, from the hotel you just have to cross a little street and you can swim. The owner is so welcoming and charming, a pleasure to stay in their place.

The staff of this property make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Especially Eguro , the owner , who goes above and beyond for this guests. My husband hurt his back and Eguro arranged an appointment with a chiropractor and even drove him to the clinic. He also negotiated a very competitive rate for our transfer to Dubrovnik Airport. The hotel is small , with a lovely homely atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, with linen changed every few days. The breakfast is fresh cooked eggs cooked to your liking , cheese and meats or muesli and yogurt with fruit . The restaurant attached which is run by Eguro’s son is very good and very reasonable and all the staff are extremely nice. The food is excellent, especially the salmon tartare and the shrimp pasta . There is a lovely pier area where you can go swimming from, as well as enjoy the sunset .

We liked everything!

Absolutely wonderful place! The place was so cozy and everyone there was super friendly. We felt like home. Also, the breakfast was amazing. And so was all the food in the Babilon restaurant we ate, especially the seabass.

Everything good, not a single complaint

Super friendly owner, eager to help; comfortable rooms and biutiful views; freshly cooked breakfast, simple but tasty; Kotor citadel can be reached by foot in about 45 min via a very nice small road by the waterfront; property has a nice deck by the water with sunbeds and tables for lunch/dinner - best location for sunset as the more you get closer to the citadel the higher the cliffs, so sunset would be obstructed by them; arrange the boat tour from de property, it’s same price everywhere - 40 eur per pax for a 3h journey, boat will pick you up directly from the hotel pier, while the owner will ensure the best operators.

Friendly staff, very much customer oriented, makes you feel like at home. Ivan and Goran have behaved like we are old friends, made our time really enjoyable. The gentleman that serves the breakfast and young lady were great and very charismatic as well. Great location by the see, delicious food and flexible check out time in case of need.

Great breakfast! Very clean and spacious appartment. Directly at the sea shore with parking in front of the appartment. Walking distance or short drive to the old town of Kotor. Special thanks to the Boss, for giving us such a warm welcome, it felt like home!

Amazing place to stay, out of the way and quiet with fantastic views with restaurants just a short walk away. Host is incredible, couldn’t do more for you. We got engaged on the pier outside the hotel and he couldn’t have made it more special. Breakfast was delicious and neither of us could give any faults for the entire stay.
