Clean, cozy and comfortable room. Quiet location, but very close to the beach and the center. Easy and smooth communication with the host.

The room and balcony were very small but ok for 3 nights. You had to hold the shower as it would not stay in the bracket.

The hosts were very kind, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and the view was fantastic looking over the bay of Kotor. The location was very close to the beach, restaurants bars, and a short stroll along the promenade to reach the Old Town.

Great location that was walking distance to restaurants right on the bay and as easy walk to markets, a small mall, and the old town of Kotor. Having parking was great. The family was welcoming. The room was super comfortable and very clean including the bathroom. The air conditioning worked great and it was warm when we were there. Bed and linens were comfortable.

Shared bathroom. The walk to town is a little sketchy in places, so be careful and keep an eye on the traffic.

Good location about a 5-10 minute walk from downtown. Nice and helpful hosts despite a bit of a language barrier. Let me use their washing machine to do laundry. Room had a private balcony with a good view of the bay.

The location of this property is perfect. A few minutes walk from restaurants, beach and old town. It was clean and had a great view!

The room we stayed had a private bathroom outside the room, entering with our own key. The kitchen stuff is on the small balcony. Maybe it is mentioned in the definitions, but i didn't recognise before reserving.

Sympathetic owner. The location is real good, 10 minutes of walk to Kotor old town, and 2-3 minutes to seaside and restaurants.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and had all the facilities you might need. Wi-Fi was excellent — we didn’t have any issues. It was approximately a 10–15-minute walk from the Old Town. We really enjoyed our stay; it was definitely worth the money.

Apartments Jelka was at great location, about 7 mins from Kotor city. There are various cafes and restaurants nearby, it’s very close to beaches too. Room was nice and I would definitely recommend the one with the sea view, it gives a special vibe. There is parking available. The hosts were very kind, welcoming and helpful, gave us many local recommendations.

The only problem was the shower head…what it hooks onto was broken so we had to hold the shower head

Lovely little apartment, perfect for a couple of days away - the balcony view of the sea and mountains was amazing and only a short walk to the sea front. About a 15min walk to Kotor and mostly flat… except on the way back but the cut through back home is mostly steps anyway so this wasn’t an issue for us

Under my point of view, the fridge is old and doesn't chill very well.

The hosts are really nice. They make you feel at home, worried that we could park at the door of the house, something that is very appreciated in Kotor. They responded quickly to the phone when there was a little problem. The washing machine is great, we used it once. It is a place that I will recommend.

Our eSim was unfortunately not working on the day we arrived- we let them know an approximate time of arrival but traffic from Budva was much worse than expected and we arrived later. We couldn’t find anyone to help us check in at the property, so had to go find WiFi at the cycle shop around the corner to let them know we had arrived and wanted to check in. This wasn’t a huge problem, but just so others know there is a close by place to get WiFi if you find yourself in the same situation. Also- the shower head was broken and only pointed down, but again, not a real problem given how lovely the stay was.

It was a cosy little unit. The weather was super hot while we were there and the aircon worked quickly and very well to cool us down. The man who welcomed us was super friendly. It had a little cupboard and also a little bench to store luggage. The bed was comfortable. There was a little balcony with a lovely view. The location was great- 15 mins walk into old town via the lake, supermarkets very close by.

We didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom, but we literally NEVER bumped into anyone nor was it even slightly an issue. So so clean and well kept.

The property is so close to the beach and a lovely walk into the old town along the beach front. The owners are so kind and friendly - plus they have pet tortoises in the garden!!!! The views from the balcony were absolutely beautiful. We LOVED our stay and would recommend anyone to stay here :)
