This apartment is located at Stoliv which is a very beautiful and peaceful town, 15 mins drive to Kotor Old Town. It is also accessible by Blue Line. German arranges local taxi for us. He is very friendly, reliable and responds to my message very quickly.

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location – we’ll definitely be back! This apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It’s located in a charming small town, Stoliv, with a stunning view of Perast, and just a one-minute walk to a private beach — perfect for morning swims or sunset strolls. The apartment itself is spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with convenient parking available. The host was very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

Our stay in Stoliv was absolutely perfect. The apartment was superb ,exceptional maintained and cleaned ,spacious, and tastefully furnished, with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. The sea is just a few steps away, and the view from the terrace over the Bay of Kotor was stunning—we enjoyed every moment spent there. Stoliv is a quiet, peaceful village, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature, yet still close to Kotor and other beautiful places to explore. Our host, German, was fantastic. He went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed. His kindness and hospitality made our stay extra special. We would definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Montenegro!

Brand-new, comfortable apartments with stunning view, fully equipped with all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The hospitality and kindness of German (owner) is exceptional. It feels like you're staying in a quality huge hotel room. Just a 1-minute walk to the sea and a small shop carrying everything you might need. A 10-15 minute walk takes you to good restaurants and other beaches. We would be happy to visit again!

We loved this apartment! It is bright, very clean, modern, spacious & only a few short metres from the pier for swimming. The view from the balcony is stunning! German was a very friendly, helpful and efficient host. He gave us advice on transport etc. and always responded very quickly to texts. The area is lovely, a little inconvenient for transport, but we managed fine with roughly gauging bus times from watching from the balcony or pier, and also by hiring bikes from Kotor, which worked very well for us. If you want to avoid the busy-ness & crowds of Kotor, and aren't too pressed for time or schedules, then Stoliv is a lovely place in which to have a base. We'd highly recommend this apartment.

The property was in a fantastic location in a quiet part on the Gulf of Kotor. If you would like to vacation in a beautiful, relaxed location, then this property is perfect. My wife and I mostly ate breakfast at the house and went out for dinner, but the kitchen was well equipped to accommodate whatever your preference would be. We drove to Tivat when going for dinner, but there are a couple of small restaurants that are within walking distance. We rented a kayak on one of the days and paddled out to Lady of the Rocks and Perast.

Apartment MiraMare is absolutely splendid we have enjoyed each minute spend here. View from the windows are stunning, so it the amazing balcony. Apartment on the other was very well equipped has everything that you can possibly need. Location of this place is also wonderful it has a beautiful view on the old town of Stoliv with beautiful church and of course the bay. Nearby is small spot to enter to the sea, not much space to sunbath but still enough, water was warm here (compared to Budva) and we enjoyed swimming and sunbathing here. Besides there is small grocery shop nearby and bus heading to Kotor passes directly in front of the place. Our host German was very welcoming, he met us during checkin and provided detailed information that we may need.

Everything was great. It would be nice if the kitchen had some more kitchen utensils so that we could make some coffee and toast some bread.

The apartment is just wonderful and flawless. Everything is made with so much care and aesthetics. German, our host, is a gentleman who showed us the apartment in detail and how everything works. He is very kind and helpful. The apartment is just opposite the sea and has an amazing view to the mountains and to the sea. Free parking is provided.

Great view on the ground floor apartment but I recommend the ones on the upper floor for a better view. The apartment is a bit far away from Kotor Old Town and driving is not too comfortable as the road is really narrow. The sea is not the best you can get but overall we were happy to be in Stoliv as it provides a highly relaxing experience. So quiet, serene and picturesque. If you want to be swimming all the time, maybe you should look for other places. Would be nicer to have basic cooking ingredients like oil, salt 😃
