Cushions for the sunbeams, providing beach towels, providing basics like coffee etc. The items there were out if date. It was lovely having the water and wine provided :). Steep stairs to one of the bedrooms - this wasn't advertised well but we are fit and it was fine. It wouldn't be suitable for some people.

Location was great - if you don't like walking, you would need a car to get into Kotor as its about a 45 min walk. It was a bonus having the deck and being able to swim and sunbathe. Good restaurants near by and small markets.

If driving from Tivat be aware that Kotor is a major bottle neck. What should be a 20 minute drive is more like a 45 minute drive simply due to the amount of traffic trying to get through Kotor. This is a daily occurrence regardless of time of day. We were delayed in the tunnel for quite sometime- but the holdup is actually in Kotor itself. There is no real way round it so just be prepared to be patient and not worry. Staying in Dobrota was actually a huge plus because it meant once we got through Kotor on our arrival, we were on the right side of town to avoid it for the rest of our stay in the area.

Perfect location in a charming stone property right next to the bay. The apartment is very nicely furnished with plenty of space in all the rooms and everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It was immaculately clean, with all you need for cooking and washing and drying facilities. There is a handy little shop just 10 mins walk away and we walked into Kotor several times and really enjoyed the walk along a quiet road that hugs the waterfront and eventually joins the pedestrian walkway. The property has off road parking and is easy to get to if you are driving there. There are good restaurants in easy walking distance of the apartment- we particularly liked Restaurant Timun. I swam off the little jetty opposite the apartment and the water was clear and delightful- calm and safe. I also went jogging along our road as a lone female early mornings and felt really safe.

Everything was good, couldn't fault it.

The apartment was spacious enough for our family of 4 adults with all needed furniture, cooking facilities, washing machine and so on. The apartment is located by the sea with astonishing mountain and sea views.

Location was great, being a bit away from the Kotor crowds and from the main road, but the atmosphere was easy and tropical. Seaside is also a bonus.

Loved everything! Ideal location out of the hustle and bustle of Kotor but only a 45 min walk in. The apartment itself was beautiful with everything you need.

Beautiful apartment, so well designed, decorated, situated, every detail accounted for. What an amazing group running such well organized vacation villa. We came in on Saturday night after long border wait into Montenegro and our host was the best. She provided all required instructions, getting in was effortless, the night light was left for our comfort and complimentary Montenegro wine bottle. Private beach, private parking, in the middle of beautiful Dobrota. Thank you.

Great location, good size apartment with all amenities. Access to private dock with sun-loungers. 10/15 walk to shops and restaurants.

We got bitten by mosquitoes. The property had a spray bottle of mosquitoes killer that I wish I spray before going to bed. Advice, spray the rooms then go away for a walk or dinner. Is summer... Is hot and humid there is going to be mosquitoes everywhere you go. Just be prepared, the hostess will hand you more stuff if is need it.

The location is absolutely wonderful, right in front of the water. The apartment has character and was very clean plus it had extra everything, I didn't use it but I knew it was there and I appreciated it. I also found coffee, tea, sugar salt etc and candy! I will totally comeback! Dubrota is beautiful! And Konoba 224 is a great place to stay and enjoy the town.

1. One bedroom has quite dangerous stairs, not suitable for little children and elderly people - photo below. 2. The apartment has its own "beach" which is actually beton stage with extremely slippery steps to the sea, real danger. 3. There are no curtains in one bedroom.

The apartment is cute and comfortable and has everything you need for short vacation . The kitchen is very well equipped (including salt, pepper, coffee, tea, sugar and oil ). The beds are big, the pillows and sheets are perfect. The location is good.

The apartment is quite a distance from the centre of Dobrota and therefore a big walk into Kotor. Probably need a car to make the most of this stay. Taxis a bit intermittent .
