How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had a wonderful experience at this accommodation. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by the whole family, who made us feel right at home. The house is cozy, clean, well maintained, and has a great view. In addition, the location is excellent, close to restaurants, a supermarket, the beach, and the wonderful Kotor waterfront. Without a doubt, this is a place we would like to return to and recommend.

Great location in quiet area but within walking distance of Kotor Old Town. And the beach is right outside the apartment building so lots of morning, afternoon and evening swims. The apartment in itself is spacious and there is a fantastic view from the balcony.

The location is great, nice and quiet but close to all. The owners are so sweet and helpful, they have done a great job making this place nice for travelers. We want to come back soon!

The apartment was in such a great location. Beautiful swim spots just outside, and only a ten minute walk to the old town, with plenty of cafes and restaurants in between.

People are what make experiences special & both me and my partner were greeted by Tamara, Petar and their family with open arms. Such fantastic people with a great home in an amazing location. Definitely value for money, nothing was an issue for them and they were very informative and helpful with everything regarding the local area. I would definitely recommend & would love to return to Kotor one day.

A few more utensils and crockery in the kitchen would be helpful as we cooked a family meal every day. We used the small strip of beachfront/wall but some may find it a bit crammed.
Tamara was a warm and welcoming host, the apartment is in a great location with amazing views. We had a lovely boat trip with Petar to Perast. We enjoyed seeing a carnival, going on the cable car as well as seeing the old town. The local shop is very handy. As we were in a top floor apartment we didn't use the terrace but had a small balcony which we used a lot.

Tamara and Peter were very welcoming. The accommodation is perfect for a few days in Kotor — ideally located (you just have to cross the street to dive into the bay), very clean and functional. Tamara was incredibly attentive, caring, and very responsive. I highly recommend it. Demander à ChatGPT

Fabulous location close to shops,. restaurants, local amenities and swimming spots and a 20 minute walk to the old time. Brilliant spot to stay and spacious apartment.

Our apartment was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults. It had a terrace garden and a private parking, which is extremely appreciated as the road is really busy with traffic and does not have parking space. The property is conveniently located next to a supermarket. Our hosts, Tamara and Petar, were genuinely kind and helpful. Petar took us on a 3-hour boat ride in the Kotor Bay. Make sure you also book the boat ride with Petar for sightseeing of the Bay, visit to the Lady of the Rock Church, the village of Perast and some nice swimming in an exclusively nice beach.

The best part of this place is the host. She went out of her way to make sure that we were welcome and that our stay was comfortable. The place is clean and comfortable. It is in a great location with old town just a short walk away. I can't say enough about how great this place is.

It was a very clean house. The hosts were lovely and welcomed us perfectly. We were greeted with Turkish coffee when we arrived, which was so nice. The location is great. Very close to Kotor. It’s within walking distance to Kotor but in a very calm and quiet area. There’s absolutely no reason not to come back again. Thank you to you and your beautiful family for everything

Felt just like home! Tamara gave us such a warm welcome and was super quick to answer all our questions. The shared terraces had an amazing sea view – we spent some really relaxing moments there. The place is in a great location, just a short walk to Kotor and lots of nice restaurants. We came by car, and Tamara was really helpful with parking – we could leave the car right in front of the house. We felt so comfortable and at home. We’ll definitely be back!

Nothing worth detailing.
The apartment was ground floor and very well presented. It was in a great location - 20 minutes walk to the Kotor old town and across from the Bay of Kotor. Plenty of restaurants and takeaway options between the apartment and the Kotor old town. An excellent, two-level supermarket (Aroma) was a 6 minute walk away. Our host, Tamara, was attentive and friendly.
